Abstract/Summary:
Ship energy efficiency monitoring,analysis and assessment is not only an important part of ship energy efficiency management system,but also the basis of ship energy efficiency optimization and improvement.In the currently developed inland ship energy efficiency management system,there are three deficiencies in the ship energy efficiency monitoring,analysis and assessment module,such as low universality,weak energy efficiency analysis performance,and the selection of assessment benchmark data,which lead to high development cost of inland ship energy efficiency management system,inaccurate assessment of ship energy efficiency performance,and affected the accuracy of energy efficiency assessment.Therefore,on the basis of previous studies,the further improvement of inland ship energy efficiency monitoring,analysis and assessment methods is of great significance to save the development cost of ship energy efficiency management system and improve the accuracy of ship energy efficiency assessment.Aiming at the shortcomings of the above three aspects,this dissertation takes inland ships as the research object,designs the general energy efficiency monitoring system and data cleaning scheme of inland ships,carries out the research on ship energy efficiency analysis and energy efficiency assessment methods,and carries out the relevant application research with an inland ship as the object.The main research work of this dissertation is as follows:(1)A universal energy efficiency monitoring system for inland ships is designed.Through the analysis of the main ship type characteristics and energy efficiency mechanism of inland ships,the monitoring requirements of the inland river general ship energy efficiency monitoring system are obtained.Combined with the monitoring requirements and design principles,the overall design scheme of the inland river ship general energy efficiency monitoring system is proposed.On this basis,the data acquisition technology and data transmission technology of the monitoring system are studied,and the general energy efficiency data acquisition process is designed.(2)The energy efficiency analysis method of inland ships is studied.Firstly,this dissertation studies the cleaning methods of energy efficiency data of inland ships,analyzes the error characteristics of energy efficiency data of inland ships,puts forward the corresponding error data identification methods and cleaning methods according to different error characteristics,and formulates the cleaning scheme of energy efficiency data of inland ships;Then,based on the cleaned energy efficiency data,the research on energy efficiency analysis method is carried out,the energy efficiency assessment parameters of inland ships and operation energy efficiency assessment parameters are analyzed,the research on energy efficiency analysis method is carried out,and finally the measured data is used for energy efficiency analysis application case study.The results show that different parameters have different characteristics in ship energy efficiency analysis.Among them,EEXI can better reflect the energy efficiency performance of ships,while EEOI,BSR index and INTERTANKO index reflect the operating energy efficiency level of ships;When using the existing EEXI to analyze the ship’s own energy efficiency,it is recommended to calculate EEXI at multiple working points commonly used by the ship,so that the ship owner can understand the changes of the ship’s own energy efficiency performance.(3)The energy efficiency assessment method of inland ships is studied.This dissertation analyzes the energy efficiency assessment parameters of inland ships,establishes the corresponding energy efficiency assessment benchmark model according to the assessment parameters,and puts forward the selection method of benchmark model data and energy efficiency assessment method.Finally,the assessment application case is analyzed by using the ship operation energy efficiency data collected by the real ship.The results show that the average error of fuel consumption prediction of the real-time energy efficiency assessment model of inland ships is 1.55%,and the model has high accuracy,which can be used to evaluate the real-time energy efficiency level of ships;In order to improve the accuracy of energy efficiency assessment,when selecting the benchmark data of energy efficiency assessment model,the same navigation direction and season as the evaluated segment should be selected as far as possible,so as to reduce the impact of water flow direction in different navigation directions and water depth in different seasons on the assessment results.
