Hot and cold working discrete manufacturing integrates two process modes, casting and machining, and is an important part of today’s manufacturing industry. This manufacturing method has the characteristics of complex process flow, numerous production equipment and batch-to-batch coupling. The problems of waste of resources and incalculable environmental impact in the production process are particularly prominent. Therefore,at this stage, the research focus should be on how to balance the economic benefits of enterprises in relation to reducing environmental load.Life Cycle Assessment is one of the most effective tools to quantify the environmental impact in the production process. At present, there are few studies on applying this method to the discrete manufacturing process of hot and cold processing.Scheduling optimization is an important means to improve the production efficiency and economic benefits of enterprises, but related research Other time factors other than processing time in the production process are mostly ignored, such as adjustment time, transportation time, etc. Therefore, this paper takes the whole process of hot and cold processing discrete manufacturing as the research object, analyzes various environmental impacts generated in the production process, and studies the green scheduling problem under multiple time factors. The main research contents are as follows:Firstly, the process characteristics of hot and cold processing discrete manufacturing enterprises are analyzed, and four characteristics of this type of shop scheduling problem are summarized.According to its process characteristics, the resource consumption and material emission in the whole production process are analyzed, and a typical hot and cold processing discrete manufacturing workshop is used as an example to quantitatively analyze the environmental impact of the production process and the corresponding environmental impact of each material by using the life cycle assessment method.contribution.It is finally determined that the main environmental pressures of the discrete manufacturing process of hot and cold processing come from two types of environmental impacts, namely climate change and primary energy consumption, and the representative substances are carbon dioxide and electricity, respectively.Secondly, analyze the influence of each time factor on the scheduling scheme, construct five types of process feature elements and three process carbon sources according to the carbon emission characteristics of discrete manufacturing of hot and cold processing;study the calculation method of process carbon sources, construct a carbon emission assessment model covering process feature information, and establish a green scheduling model under multiple time factors to optimize the minimization of completion time, the minimization of integrated carbon emission and the minimization of integrated energy consumption.Design a new frog-hopping algorithm to solve the model, propose coding rules based on workpiece serial numbers, decode the batch processing stage using the minimum completion time rule for the characteristics of workpiece-piece batch coupling, decode the unit price processing stage considering the assignment rule for machine load balancing, and improve the search mechanism of subpopulation to ensure the diversity of populations. Finally, twelve different scales of calculations are designed for simulation experiments to verify the effectiveness of the new frog-jumping algorithm. The feasibility of the model and the superiority of the algorithm are further verified by using the actual production data of a hot and cold processing discrete manufacturing enterprise, and the results of the two scheduling schemes are evaluated for environmental impact to confirm that the scheduling optimization can effectively reduce environmental pressure.
