Under the trend of transformation of manufacturing industry to intelligence and service,the functional design,after-sales service support and functional update of marine equipment have put forward higher requirements,and the existing design mode is difficult to meet above development needs.For this reason,some foreign marine equipment enterprises sensitive to market changes have gradually begun to study and adopt the integrated design based on information technology,but they mainly focus on the primary stage of integrated design,such as software tools integration.Domestic marine equipment enterprises are generally small in size,and it is difficult to guarantee the technical and financial investment to realize the integrated design mode,which can meet the market development requirements completely independently.Therefore,this dissertation focuses on this theme,and studies the platform implementation method of the new mode of integrated design of marine equipment combined with industry resources to solve several key technical problems.The dissertation analyzes the current situation of integrated design of marine equipment,gives the connotation of integrated design of marine equipment in the context of intelligent development,and analyzes the key problems faced by the application of deep-level integrated design.By analyzing the typical functional requirements and typical solutions of integrated design,it is concluded that using multiparty collaboration is an effective means to solve the key problems.In order to realize multiparty collaboration,the service mode of integrated design cloud service platform is designed;on this basis,the key technical problems that should be solved by the integrated design cloud service platform for marine equipment are analyzed and sorted out.Aiming at the key problems of platform integration of multi-domain and multi-disciplinary software involved in the integrated design of marine equipment,the corresponding software tool integration model is constructed.Based on the current technical basis,the system integration method and information integration method between software tools are designed for the integrated design of marine equipment applicable to the platform operation.Design and implement software tool integration methods such as " software tool interaction function integration method based on panel,and method for local replacement in form software ".Design and implement information integration methods among software tools,such as data file format analysis method based on cluster analysis,CAD drawing information acquisition and organization method.In order to solve the problems for deep integration design,it is necessary to provide a simple solution for big data integration in the whole life cycle of marine equipment under the background of intelligent development.In addition to the common problems such as heterogeneous database integration,it is also faced with the characteristic problems such as multi-source heterogeneous data description and integration of marine equipment,and collaborative distributed control between ship end and platform.In view of this,design a distributed information integration method for integrated design in marine environment,which provides a collaborative distributed control system through the cloud service platform.The method can solve the adaptation problem of supporting equipment and distributed information resources of the system,and realize the distributed information integration.The core content of collaborative distributed control system includes information identification,information element and data integration.The information identification method is designed to solve the problem of unified identification of distributed information.Based on metadata,design information element data organization and transmission system,which can solve metadata mapping problem and provide basic support for heterogeneous data integration.Design an efficient data integration method of distributed ’ request-response ’ mode in marine under-stable network environment,achieving the demand reduction of network bandwidth of ship-side distributed information integration.The methods of platform service resource creation and deployment are designed for solving the problems such as service resource management,platform construction and service implementation of cloud service platform.The methods include integrated design resource service encapsulation and integrated design service provision and so on.Using the idea of configuration,extract the four-dimensional model of platform service configuration,and the the dynamic parsing compiler supporting multi-line text expression is also developed and implemented,which provides a implementation scheme based on configuration script for software tool integration and lifecycle information integration in integrated design,and improves the flexibility of cloud platform related service implementation.Finally,the main framework function of the cloud service platform for integrated design of marine equipment is developed and realized,and the research results of this dissertation are displayed and provided in the form of service APP.It contains marine equipment integrated design cloud service platform,platform client overview,platform service APP as software information integration tools,user customization services,etc,and distributed information integration services as identification analysis,metadata mapping,SQL statement configuration tools,etc.The feasibility of cloud service platform model for integrated design of marine equipment is verified.The relevant key technical issues solved in the dissertation can be applied not only in the work of marine equipment integration design,but also in the scenarios of ship energy efficiency management,ship intelligent operation and maintenance,intelligent ships,etc.;it has application value among the tools and software of integration design and provides reference and guidance for the integration application among the software of design,personnel,material and planning.
