Research On Joint Management Of Schedule And Cost Based On BIM In Construction Stage

Schedule and cost are important goals in construction project management,and they are closely linked and affect each other.In the traditional construction management model,there is a lack of effective methods for coordinated management and control of the two,which easily leads to fragmentation and fragmentation of project management and lack of information linkage.Under the development trend of increasing target requirements for construction projects and increasingly complex construction activities,effective coordination of schedule and cost becomes more urgent.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out research on the progress-cost collaborative management and control of construction projects in order to improve the efficiency of construction project management.As an information management tool,BIM technology has the characteristics of visualization,parameterization and dynamics,and plays a particularly important role in the process of improving the informatization,synergy and integration of construction project management.Therefore,this article takes the progress-cost collaborative management and control of construction project construction stage as the research object,and studies the progress-cost collaborative management and control method based on BIM technology,in order to provide decision support for managers in the construction phase of the progress-cost collaborative management and control.This article is based on the "relevant schedule-cost collaborative management method research-core management and control problem analysis and corresponding model method research-BIM-based schedule-cost collaborative management method research-empirical analysis".First,the system dynamics theory is used to study the mechanism of synergy between schedule and cost.The correlation between the two is very complex and has an important impact on the overall project management efficiency,which reveal the necessity of coordinated management and control of schedule and cost;On the basis of in-depth analysis of existing research,three key issues of schedule-cost collaborative management and control are refined: 1 How to effectively integrate the schedule-cost information of the construction phase;2 How to carry out the cost of planned activities Reasonable and fast allocation;3 How to use the earned value method to effectively and efficiently process the progress-cost information in the construction phase.Secondly,study how to use BIM technology to construct system solutions to the above three problems.For the first question,a method for using BIM technology to integrate schedule-cost information in the construction phase is proposed,which can efficiently and accurately integrate schedule-cost information into the BIM model;for the second,it is proposed to use BIM software to perform planning activities.The related engineering quantities involved are quickly searched and extracted,and a costbased schedule curve model of planned activities is established;for the third,based on the model of improved earned value method,combined with BIM technology,the construction The progress of the stage-the cost earned value performance is automatically calculated and analyzed,and the corresponding calculation software has been developed.Finally,based on the problem,the construction project construction stage schedule-cost collaborative management and control platform based on BIM technology was built,and the corresponding functional modules were developed according to the proposed research methods,and the BIM technology-based schedulecost collaborative management and control method was formed.conduct empirical research.The research results show that the management and control method can effectively control the construction schedule and cost status,and can have a good effect on the schedule-cost coordinated management and control,and provide support for the construction party’s project management decision during the construction phase.
