In the process of water production and treatment,dosing coagulation is an important link of water quality treatment in waterworks.Its treatment effect not only affects the operation of subsequent filtration and disinfection processes,but also relates to the effluent quality and water production cost of the whole waterworks.The low degree of automation of dosing control means in Waterworks will reduce the operation efficiency of waterworks,cause a waste of chemicals and manpower,and it is difficult to ensure the effluent quality.With the improvement of the quality,safety and reliability of water supply,it is particularly important to use advanced technical equipment and dosing methods to realize the automation of production process and improve the automation level of water plant production links.This paper takes the coagulant dosing process of Chengnan water plant as the research object,with the help of the implementation of the water intake integration transformation project,studies the coagulation sedimentation process and coagulant dosing transformation according to the actual situation,so as to realize the automatic dosing of coagulant.This paper studies the implementation of coagulation and sedimentation process transformation,analyzes the current situation of water treatment process of Chengnan water plant,selects an appropriate scheme for quality improvement transformation according to the existing problems,and uses PDCA theory to guide the smooth implementation of transformation.Deeply study the coagulant dosing automation system,overall plan the automatic control system,select the hardware and software configuration,analyze the influencing factors of the coagulant dosing effect,establish the mathematical model in the coagulant dosing process,determine the transfer function of the dosing process by drawing the step response curve,and use the fuzzy control method to simulate the model in the program to test the automatic dosing effect in the actual production and operation process of the water plant.The research results of this paper provide technical basis and experience reference guidance for the subsequent similar water plant quality improvement and transformation,help the water production industry to improve its own automation level,reduce manual labor and reduce cost consumption,also help to improve the technical capacity and management level of the water plant,and promote the development of the water supply industry towards a higher level and better quality.
