Water supply system is one of urban infrastructure,its stable operation and water quality safety have a direct bearing on people’s life and health.In the water purification plant,coagulation and precipitation is one of the very important processes in the water purification plant,which not only affects the quality of the water purification plant but also affects the cost of water production,among which the dosage control of coagulant is very important.Due to the uncertainty of raw water quality and the complexity of the coagulation reaction process,the dosage of coagulant and the effect of coagulation will be affected,resulting in a certain time lag in the dosing process,which is difficult to accurately dosing in real time.In order to overcome this problem,a genetic algorithm optimization adaptive fuzzy neural network(GA-ANFIS)prediction model was established for coagulant administration process in water purification plant.The results are as follows:(1)The coagulation process was simulated and analyzed through the beaker test.It was concluded that the stirring time of coagulation should be kept at about 15 min;The rapid stirring speed of coagulation should be maintained at 400 r/min,and the stirring time should be maintained at 0.5 min.The slow stirring speed of coagulation should be maintained at 30 r/min,and the stirring time should be maintained at 15 min.Through the analysis of the influencing factors,it is concluded that raw water turbidity,temperature,p H,alkalinity and COD all have certain influence on the coagulation effect.(2)In this paper,the RBF model,ANFIS model and GA-ANFIS model are constructed to predict coagulation.The turbidity of raw water,p H value of raw water,temperature of raw water,alkalinity of raw water and COD of raw water are taken as input variables,and the dosage of coagulant is taken as output parameters.The advantages and disadvantages of the three models are compared.It is found that compared with RBF and ANFIS,the MAPE of GA-ANFIS model is reduced by 15.23%and 14%,and MAE is reduced by 3.86% and 3.394%.GA-ANFIS model has higher convergence rate,accuracy and reliability,and can deal with nonlinear problems better.(3)In terms of control,this paper uses fuzzy PID control system to control the dosing process,and Simulink simulation is carried out.The simulation results show that compared with ordinary PID control,this model performs better in reducing overdrive and improving dynamic response speed.It can realize the precise control of coagulant and improve the accuracy and stability of administration. |
