Abstract/Summary:
In the context of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, rural tourism has developed significantly, and the construction of flower seas and flower forests has sprung up in many rural areas, forming a number of new forms of rural landscape integrating flower industry and leisure agriculture-rural special gardens.Because of its high landscape recognition and strong local flavor, rural special gardens are widely concerned and valued by the tourism market, but because they are still in the early stage of development, there are problems such as single industrial structure, vague development mode, similar landscape form and monotonous recreation experience, which are difficult to meet the needs of tourists and development needs, and there is a lack of targeted research on rural special gardens in China. Therefore, from the perspective of multifunctionality this paper uses literature research, case studies, questionnaires and hierarchical analysis to summarize a planning and design system suitable for the development of rural special gardens,so as to improve the economic, social, ecological and cultural benefits of the relevant parks, further enrich the content of rural tourism and highlight the uniqueness and importance of rural special gardens. This thesis adopts the technical route of "basic theory research-analysis of development status-development positioning research-planning and design research-project practice demonstration",aiming at exploring the connotation of the concept, development mode and development strategy of rural special gardens, and finally proposing the planning and design steps and concrete realization path of rural special gardens. The article firstly, systematically combed through domestic and foreign multi-functional theories and relevant studies on rural special gardens, and defined and explained the concept of rural special gardens through conceptual and theoretical analysis;then, through field research and data compilation, conducted special analysis on industrial structure, development positioning, functional composition and thematic landscape of some domestic rural special gardens, and conducted a questionnaire survey on tourists’ demand and visiting behavior, summarized the main problems in the construction of existing rural special gardens, and proposed the development idea of "clarifying development positioning, building a multi-functional complex system and highlighting the floral characteristics of the park".Secondly, based on the perspective of multi-functionality,the thesis analyzes the factors affecting the development positioning of the park, and establishes a comprehensive evaluation system for the development positioning of rural special gardens by means of hierarchical analysis and expert consultation.By assessing the development and utilization conditions of the park site and the quality of various types of resources, the most suitable development mode for the site is preferably selected from four types of development modes: production expo type, leisure and recreation type, cultural popular science education type, and comprehensive development type. Finally,on the basis of the development orientation research, the thesis constructs a systematic planning and design methodology for rural special gardens from the project profile analysis, industrial system construction, functional space layout, composition element design and recreation system design. It also takes Nanjing Liuhe Peony Garden as an empirical case to verify the operability of the development mode preference method and planning design method, and completes the integrated planning and landscape design of the project.Based on the perspective of multifunctionality and the current situation of the construction of rural special gardens, this dissertation improves the relevant theoretical system through systematic planning and design research on rural special gardens, with a view to promoting the further development of rural special gardens, promoting the realization of multiple value benefits of rural landscape, and contributing to the promotion of rural revitalization and the construction of rural tourism industry in China.
