| At present,China’s warehouse monitoring system is basically in two ways:manual warehouse inspection and online monitoring.These two methods have certain disadvantages.The manual fixed-point inspection method cannot overcome the shortcomings of low efficiency,high time and labor costs,and large data errors.Although online monitoring can obtain real-time information on the environmental parameters of the warehouse,it has complicatedwiring,Difficult to expand,high management and maintenance costs.In this paper,a multi-warehouse monitoring system based on wireless sensor networks is designed.This system can effectively solve the problems of low manual warehouse inspection efficiency,large data errors,complicated online monitoring wiring,and difficult expansion.The multi-warehouse monitoring system based on wireless sensor network designed in this paper is generally divided into a host computer ID number management system,a field monitor,a data collector,a Lora concentrator,and a remote monitoring center.The upper computer ID number management system is used to assign a unique ID number to each field monitor and data collector.This ID number is used to match the data interaction between the data collector and multiple field monitors.The field monitor collects each warehouse in real time.The environmental parameters such as temperature,humidity,and smoke concentration in the data collector use polling to obtain the environmental parameters collected by each on-site monitor in real time,and use the adaptive weighted data fusion algorithm to obtain the fused environmental parameters.Each data collector sends the storage environment parameters to the Lora concentrator through Lora wireless communication.The concentrator gateway connects to the cloud server through the 4G network,and the remote monitoring interface logs in to the cloud server through the MQTT protocol,and obtains the information of each warehouse through message subscription and message publishing.Environmental parameters.The remote monitoring center can view the environmental parameters of each warehouse in real time,draw real-time curves of environmental parameters,set thresholds for each environmental parameter,record alarm information of environmental parameters,and enter and delete information of each warehouse administrator.This article completes the hardware design of the field monitor and data collector.Based on the hardware platform,the field monitor program,data collector program,host computer ID number management system and remote monitoring center are developed.Finally,the development of a multi-warehouse monitoring system based on wireless sensor networks was completed. |
