| With the continuous development of science and technology,temperature monitoring technology directly affects the quality and production efficiency of China’s modern industrial production.At present,the existing temperature monitoring system on the market has a single function,and the distribution of the temperature sensors is mostly distributed in a single point or based on a grid.The single point distribution is not conducive to the overall temperature change of the controlled area,and the grid-like distribution uses a large number of temperature sensors,which not only increases the experimental cost,but also increases the difficulty for the follow-up system maintenance.Therefore,in order to better adapt to the development needs of the market,this paper proposes a temperature monitoring system that integrates remote monitoring,high-precision measurement,Real-time three-dimensional visualization and dynamic display of temperature data.Based on this,the main research work and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The system is mainly composed of temperature collect module,wireless transmitting module,visualization platform and data sharing.The remote dynamic monitoring of the three-dimensional visualization of the temperature distribution of the measured environment is realized.(2)This paper proposes a method based on IDW and cubic spline combination interpolation to improve the interpolation accuracy.The interpolation speed is improved by the dimension reduction method to realize real-time high-precision three-dimensional temperature display.(3)Complete the hardware circuit design and software programming of the system to achieve high-precision temperature collection,wireless temperature data transmission based on ZigBee technology and development of terminal operation interface.(4)In this paper,based on the idea of small temperature change or low measurement accuracy,combined with the idea of data compression,a sensor optimal distribution model is proposed.Reliably reduce the number of sensors used under the premise of ensuring accuracy,saving experiment costs.(5)Experiment with the relevant theories and systems proposed in this paper.Through verification,the system meets the measurement requirements and the overall system is completed. |
