With the acceleration of the scale of the rehabilitation industry,the training demand for providing rehabilitation services for lower limb patients is increasing.The lower limb rehabilitation walkers on the market have difficulties in coordination such as single training mode and patient wearing operation,which can not meet the training function needs and safety needs of lower limb patients in different rehabilitation stages.According to the rehabilitation needs of patients with lower limb rehabilitation,a lower limb rehabilitation walker was designed based on AHP/QFD/TRIZ theory application model,which realized multiple training modes of squatting and stepping for lower limb rehabilitation walkers,and improved the man-machine fit of the product.In the research method,according to the interview method and AHP analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of user needs,master the core design needs of users;The structure,function and component configuration of the lower limb rehabilitation walker were analyzed using the QFD quality function development theory,and the mapping between user requirements and product design elements was realized,and the key design areas were accurately located.Based on the TRIZ theory,the solution of key technical problems is proposed,and the reasonable configuration relationship between the functional components of the lower limb rehabilitation walker is established.The design scheme set of lower extremity rehabilitation walker was evaluated fuzzy,and the design scheme which is more in line with user’s demand and has functional innovation value was selected.Through the comprehensive application of AHP/QFD/TRIZ theory,the user-oriented design concept in the field of industrial design runs through the design practice of lower limb rehabilitation walkers,effectively improving the accuracy of qualitative analysis and quantitative data transformation in the process of product design,combining a series of methods such as user analysis,design mapping and contradiction solving and design process analysis.Finally,the best design scheme of multi-functional training mode,convenient wearing operation and coordination between function and shape is obtained.At the same time,this paper provides theoretical reference and method reference for the lower limb rehabilitation medical industry to develop the innovative design of humanized,intelligent and multi-functional lower limb rehabilitation products.
