The installation of wind turbine towers in China has achieved assembly,but the foundation of wind turbines in China is still cast on-site,requiring on-site mixing or transportation of commercial concrete.Moreover,the environment is mostly in high-altitude areas,which has the disadvantages of long construction cycles and requiring a large amount of manpower and resources.In order to improve construction efficiency and reduce the use of manpower and resources,many domestic experts and scholars are studying the assembly of foundations.However,the current research results are all semi prefabricated and semi cast-in-place foundations,which have not been fully assembled.This article combines theoretical analysis and numerical simulation methods to study a prestressed fully assembled concrete fan foundation,providing theoretical assistance and experience for the full assembly of the fan foundation.The main research content of this article includes:(1)Design and study an integrated wind turbine foundation,and conduct verification calculations based on the "Design Specification for Ground Foundations of Wind Turbines in Land Wind Farm Engineering" to determine the final size.And calculate the stress level and reinforcement of the foundation through theoretical analysis method.(2)Establish a finite element model of the integrated fan foundation,establish the foundation thickness parameters,and compare the simulation results with the theoretical calculation results.At the same time,explore the influence of foundation stiffness on the stress level of the integrated fan foundation.Based on the final simulation results,the cutting position of the foundation was determined.(3)Based on the stress level at the cutting position of the integrated fan foundation,the number of prestressed steel strands and the layout plan were selected through theoretical calculation.The layout plan was placed in the overall fan foundation model for simulation,and it was found that the desired effect was not achieved.The layout plan was optimized and reanalyzed,and the final layout plan can meet the theoretical requirements.(4)Establish a prefabricated fan foundation model,and arrange the optimized scheme of the integrated fan foundation model in the prefabricated fan foundation model.Conduct simulation and comparison,and find that the pre pressure generated by prestressing in the prefabricated fan foundation is significantly lower than that of the integrated fan foundation.Explore the reasons.The final optimization of the prefabricated fan foundation plan was carried out,and the plan of arranging five prestressed steel strands on the bottom plate and four steel strands on the center pillar was determined,which can meet the theoretical requirements.ed for the rib plate.
