With the upgrade of standardized management of automobile license plate production,the state has vigorously promoted the use of a new unified license plate production management system,using modern technology to achieve traces in the entire process of the license plate production process,and improving the regulatory capacity and production level of license plate production.The new license plate production management system needs to collect digital information in all aspects of license plate production,and traditional license plate production equipment is mostly manual or semi-automatic production,which contains a lot of manual operations,which cannot be directly entered into the license plate production management system,resulting in great Production loopholes,so it is of great practical significance to develop a fully automatic car license plate indenter.This paper designs and develops a fully automatic car license plate embossing machine that integrates the automatic loading and unloading of the license plate production,the replacement of the font,and the embossing.The main contents of the work are as follows:1.Analyze the functional requirements of the car license plate indenter,propose two different license plate indentation schemes,and design the loading and unloading assembly,plate feeding assembly,mold library assembly,indentation assembly and the mechanical structure of the push die assembly 2.Following the general design steps of mechanical design,the selection and calculation of the chain,sprocket and timing belt of the mold library lifting system and other components have been completed3.Different from the common hydraulic indentation equipment,this article uses a booster cylinder as the indentation power source,combined with the application of vacuum suction cups,designed the pneumatic system of the license plate indentation machine4.Based on SolidWorks 3D modeling software,the overall 3D model of the license plate indenter is established.Using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench,the static and modal analysis of the key parts of the license plate indenter are realized5.Developed a prototype of the license plate indenter,and experimentally studied the stability of the prototype’s work such as pushing mold,drawing cards and pressing cardsThe results show that the designed license plate embossing machine can realize the automatic loading and unloading of the license plate,the replacement of the inscription pattern,and the full automation of the embossing process.The design of the pneumatic system of the license plate indenter ensures the effective operation of the equipment;the finite element analysis of the key parts of the license plate indenter verifies the reliability of the license plate indenter;the fully automatic automobile license plate indenter developed is stable in operation,Can meet the quality requirements of the brand. |
