Research On The Business Process Optimization Of Customs Clearance In M Company

With the continuous development of global economic integration,the specialization degree in different countries is becoming higher and higher,and the trade between countries in the world is also more and more frequent.The automotive industry is a typical representative product of global economic integration.Almost every car driving on the road is made of thousands of parts of different materials that from various countries.In the process of continuously growing and development,China automotive industry has been attracting many well-known foreign auto parts enterprises to invest in domestic automotive industry bases.However,the high standard quality requirements and complex product design have decided that some parts can not be fully manufactured locally,and they must be imported from other countries to support production.The automotive industry has a fast pace and kinds of changes.Good customs affairs management and efficient customs clearance business are very important to the enterprises’ normal operation.This thesis is based on the theory of process improvement,takes current customs management situation and existing problems in the customs clearance of M company as the research object.It uses literature study,case analysis and field research to do the research.Find problems,analyze the problems and solve the problems.Firstly,it introduces the research background and significance,and makes domestic and foreign research summary and theoretical summary for customs clearance business and process improvement respectively.Then,it gives simple introduction to M company and the company’s customs clearance business history,also summarizes the existing problems in M company customs clearance business process.Following that,this thesis proposes optimization strategies based on the objectives and principle of business improvement,including optimizing customs clearance process,adjusting organization,reorganizing the current customs clearance business cooperated agents.It also evaluated the optimization effect.Finally,it describes the implementation steps of customs clearance business optimization strategies in M company,related notes and implementation guarantee in the implementation process.This thesis hopes that with the implementation of customs clearance business process improvement,M company’s customs clearance business management level could reach to a new stage,fully ensure company’s normal operation.At the same time,it provides reference for domestic similar automotive industry enterprises in optimizing customs clearance business process.
