Under the background of the rapid development of China’s automobile industry,people’s performance requirements for the engine have been gradually improved.As the core part of the engine,its production and design have become the core problems to promote the development of the industry.This paper designed the belt radiator of Weichai WD615.58 and Mitsubishi 4G69S4 M engines,and the parametric design system is gradually developed.The main research contents are as follows: firstly,the study briefly discusses the heat transfer mechanism and flow resistance characteristics of the radiator,the radiator parameters of the engine,the parametric design based on the radiator parameters;and the parametric design system with various functions.The parametric design system of this paper is simulated on the Solid Works 2019 parametric platform,applying Visual Basic 6.0 to it,completes the construction of the computer simulation system of matching theory,and realizes many functions.Not only can complete the simulation calculation and calibration of these two core functions,but also can realize a variety of auxiliary functions.For example,in terms of simulation calculation,the system can automatically limit the order of sequential calculation between various levels,and check whether the size and sizes of the input parts conform to the realistic level.In terms of data output,the overall parameters are collected in a single table for humanized review.And the system will complete the model review according to the results of the simulation detection.At present,the development of radiator industry compared with foreign countries,the lack of radiator parametric design system development,this paper first with the maximum heat dissipation design and calibration two radiator,and further complete the parametric design,finally developed parametric design system,which to promote the development of our radiator industry,shorten the radiator development cycle has important application and reference value.
