| Automobile radiator is also called water tank, it is an essential part of an automobile engine to work normally, its main function is to send out the heat producted by automobile engine working. The quality of its performance will have great influence on its powerful, economical and dependability。With the rapid development of automobile technology, it has become an import investigation subject for automobile industry to improve fuel economy and power capability, to reduce automobile manufacturing and operating cost. And yet it is one of the important ways to realize this purpose by improving the radiator's heat transfer performance and lightenning the radiator's weight. From the using point of view, the main technical performance to appraise the heat transfer performance of automobile radiator includes heat transfer performance, air resistance and water resistance. An ideal automobile radiator should have stronger heat transfer ability, and at the same time it should have much smaller air resistance, water resistance and lower manufacturing cost.So it becomes more and more import to research the accurate test technology to such parameters as the heat transfer performance of the automobile radiator. Only with making accurate test to heat transfer performance, air resistance, water resistance and other performances, then we could correct appraisal the heat transfer performance of every type radiators whether or not reach the designing requirement, and also we could appraise the quality of product are good or bad in mass product. The main target of this dissertation is to design and develop a set of measurement and control system to test the obstruction characteristic and heat transfer performance of automobile radiator based on industry computer. So, the main contents of this dissertation are as followed:1, The technological current situation and development trend of automobile radiator are summarized, and the main task of this dissertation are confimed。2, According to the development trend of modern measurement and control technology, through analysingand comparing various kinds of feasible schemes of heat transfer test system of the radiator, combine the factual demand of this dissertation, we have confirmed the overall design schemes of the test system.3, According to the overall design schemes of the test system, we have designed the wind cylinder, water circulating system, and we have also confimed the software and hardware of computer's monitoring system.4, The capability of system is tested through actually running. |
