Research On Design Strategy Of Public Space At The Bottom Of Super High-rise Office Buildings In High-speed Rail Business District

With the vigorous development of China’s high-speed rail transportation and the structural expansion of large-scale cities,the development model adopted by many large cities in the city is based on the high-speed railway station located at the outside of the central city,in order to quickly establishing a high-speed railway new city,stimulating popular growth,and promoting economic development.Many cities build a number of super high-rise office buildings in the high-speed rail business district.With its huge volume and modern shape,the super high-rise office building has become the new landmark of the high-speed rail business district,carrying a large number of users and social activities.Among them,the bottom public space of high-rise connects is the urban environment and the tower.Also,the bottom public space is where the office tower users first enter and fully perceive.Thus,this paper focuses on the bottom public space of super high-rise office buildings in the high-speed rail business district,focusing on the design strategy of the public space at the bottom of super high-rise office buildings that can adapt to the urban environment of the high-speed rail business district.Firstly,this paper summarizes and analyzes the urban environmental factors that affect the bottom public space design in the high-speed rail business district,and comprehensively analyzes the three-dimensionality of cities,regions and parcels,and summarizes the urban environmental content and characteristics of the high-speed rail business district..On the basis of this,combined with the attributes of the bottom public space,the bottom public space design strategy is generated from the combination with the urban environment of the high-speed rail business district and the internal design.The specific content covers the spatial structure,spatial scale,spatial function,transportation,space interface and other so on.Finally,the design strategy is explained in the actual case of the actual project of the XR-07 plot of the Chengdu East Railway Station Business District,which the author participated in.
