It is necessary to motivate the users to participate in optimizing the power system operation.This helps to improve the energy efficiency,the utilization of the asset and the flexibility of the power system.In China,industrial load takes up over 68% of the electrical load and has appreciable room and basis of control.This dissertation focuses on the typical,high-energy-consuming industrial electrical load,and promotes a flexible control method,based on the multi-production-line industrial load with cyclical characteristics.The dissertation helps the industrial load to exert influence to the energy efficiency and is put in practice,helping to seek resource to relieve trend blocking,increase the backup,and decrease the peak-valley value by selecting the control object and postpone its start-up time.This dissertation covers the aspects of forecasting,optimization and assessment,and it finally introduces the examples.(1)In the field of forecast,considering the limited sensor in practice,this dissertation promotes the time series method based on the typical process circle,and the time series method based on the circle differentials,and compares these two methods with BP artificial neutral network method from the aspect of forecasting speed and accuracy.And it comes to the conclusion that the time series method based on the circle differentials provides good basis for the optimization and control.(2)The optimization goal combines the power dispatching demand with the industrial manufacturing demand,and provides the foundation for the delay control on the industrial load start-up time,which helps to smooth the power load and motivate the users to participate in the power system optimization and operation.The electrical dispatching side considering both backup and blocking management,decides different methods to remove the blocking,including the demand side control goal.The demand side decides the optimization goal with lower cost to satisfy the demand side control goal.And this dissertation promotes the particle swarm method with layered calculation and layered penalty factor,to determine the best delayed time and the specific controlled object.And an example is given to testify the reasonability of this optimization goal,which can satisfy the engineering demand.(3)From the aspect of assessment,the dissertation concludes the evaluation and the effect of the multi-production-line industrial load control.The dissertation also promotes the analytic hierarchy method to compare the multi-production-line industrial load control method,to other load control method and traditional electrical investment.The assessment of the multi-production-line industrial load control effect helps to review the execution and profit,while the analytic hierarchy method offers the decision making according to the objective data from practice.(4)The method has been testified at a tire factory in Conghua,Guangzhou.The example testifies the effects from the aspects of forecasting,control and assessment,showing that the method has a good purpose.Compared to other control methods at demand side,this scheme is more economical and has good prospect of generalization.
