| Since the reform and opening up,the relationship between urban and rural areas has been gradually transformed from the binary opposition relationship of "emphasizing the city over the countryside" and "prioritizing the city" to a coordinated relationship between "urban and rural areas" and "supporting and benefiting agriculture",and is moving towards "etc." value integration,” “mutual benefit and mutual promotion”,and “free flow of urban and rural elements”.In the evolution of the urban-rural relationship,the villages in the pioneering areas gradually break through the traditional endogenous single-village development model and seek a community-based development model with multi-village linkage and urban-rural interaction.This paper takes Conghua District of Guangzhou City as the research object,and uses methods such as data collection,literature analysis,survey interviews,multidisciplinary research,and the combination of theory and practice to explore the process,mode and dilemma of rural community development in Conghua,and try to find its optimization.Strategy.In order to enrich the theoretical research on rural community,provide suitable guidance for the future development of Conghua rural community,and provide some reference for rural revitalization and development in metropolitan areas.First of all,this paper sorts out the development process of rural community in Conghua,and summarizes that it has experienced four stages: discrete stage(1978-2005),cohesive stage(2006-2015),polarized stage(2016-2020),Diffusion phase(2021-present).During this process,the development policies and overall development patterns of Conghua villages and village community are constantly changing.As a technical means to integrate rural resources and guide the development of rural community,rural community planning has its planning basis,scope,industrial planning,and spatial layout.And the implementation mode also exhibits the characteristics of dynamic adaptation.Secondly,referring to the theory of symbiosis,starting from the aspects of industrial function,spatial structure,organizational division of labor,symbiosis mode,etc.,to study the four stages of the life cycle of rural community and their corresponding development models:the developmental stage is the polarized development model,the growth stage It is a multipoint interaction model,the mature stage is an expansion and integration model,and the perfect stage is a networked symbiosis model.The study found that most of the Conghua rural community are in the developmental and growth stages,and a small number are in the mature stage.By analyzing the characteristics of rural community in different models,we deeply analyze the common problems existing in the development of rural community,including the separation of symbiotic resources,low industrial correlation,spatial disorder and mixing,unreasonable facility configuration,and lack of community construction.Finally,based on the above research,the path and strategy for the optimal development of Conghua rural community are proposed for reference to the theory of symbiosis.On the one hand,based on the symbiotic evolution path,it provides an evolutionary direction for the development of different models of rural community in Conghua;on the other hand,it proposes specific optimization strategies from three aspects: symbiotic unit,symbiotic interface,and symbiotic environment.Including resource integration and sharing,industrial integration and co-operation,and spatial reconstruction and integration,coordinating the symbiosis units of rural community and improving the symbiosis degree of rural community;realizing the strengthening of the symbiosis interface and optimizing the symbiosis of rural community through the overall planning and co-construction of facilities and organization for win-win results Through the guarantee of the land system and financial system,the improvement of the symbiotic environment is realized,and the co-evolution of rural community is promoted. |
