With the rapid development of logistics industry in our country,the market of logistics sorting equipment is increasing gradually.Due to the more higher requirements of advanced logistics sorting equipment for the site,its cost is getting higher.For some small and medium-sized logistics sorting center,these advanced sorting equipment is not applicable,so it is urgent to develop a high-applicability sorting equipment.In this paper,a cam-link combination vertical sorting device is designed,and its mechanism design,simulation analysis and reliability analysis are deeply studied.The main research work is as follows:according to the design requirements,the concept design of the vertical sorting device is carried out,the sorting function is obtained,and the executing carrier of the sorting function is established;Finally,108 feasible schemes are obtained by using the morphological matrix method,and four design schemes with higher feasibility are selected from them.The four design schemes are compared and analyzed by using the fuzzy synthetic assessment method,the overall design scheme of logistics vertical sorting device is determined.This paper analyzes the movement chain configuration of the lifting mechanism and pushing mechanism in the sorting device,designs the scheme innovation of the six-bar mechanism by the type synthesis method,obtains several kinds of configuration innovation schemes,and analyzes and compares them,the basic configuration of lifting mechanism and pushing mechanism is determined,and the dimension of key mechanism are obtained by using rigid body guidance and function generating method.By analyzing and comparing the motion law curves of several different follower,the motion law of CAM follower in lifting mechanism and pushing mechanism was determined,and their contour curve equations were deduced.The kinematics mathematical model of lifting mechanism is established by analytical method,and the displacement,velocity and acceleration equations are obtained.The kinematics simulation of the key mechanism of the device is carried out through ADAMS.The simulation results show that the kinematic characteristics of the mechanism meet the design requirements.Considering the factors of scale error,clearance and abrasion,the mathematical model of the motion accuracy of the mechanism under different factors is established.The analysis shows that the motion error caused by the original size is much larger than the other two factors.Based on the coupling effects of the three factors,a reliability model for the motion accuracy of the lifting mechanism was established,and the calculation results show that the motion reliability of the lifting mechanism can be statisfied the design requirements.
