| With the rapid development of economy,the flux of goods in the market is becoming larger and faster,and the logistics sorting facilities are becoming larger and larger in the domestic market.However,most advanced logistics sorting equipment still depends on imports,so it is necessary to speed up the research and manufacturing process of logistics equipment in China.This paper designs and studies an angle adjustable automatic sorting mechanism of small package for logistics,the main research work is as follows:This paper analyzes the total function and design requirements of the adjustable automatic sorting device,decomposes the total function,constructs the function carrier according to the function,and evaluates and makes decisions according to the weighted scoring method.The cam mechanism is used in the package lifting device,and the variable degree of freedom mechanism is used in the package picking device.The cam mechanism is selected by designing a single-degree-of-freedom eight-bar mechanism,then changing the eight-bar single-degree-of-freedom mechanism into a nine-bar variable-degree-of-freedom mechanism by using the method of variable-degree-of-freedom.The cam mechanism is selected as the design scheme of the wrapping and lifting mechanism.According to the comparative analysis of the motion law of different cam follower,it is determined that the fifth polynomial is used as the motion law of the follower,and the graph of its motion law is drawn.The design of the package picking mechanism is a variable degree of freedom mechanism.The motion law of the package picking mechanism is analyzed.The structure and scale of the mechanism are analyzed.Lifting mechanism and package of designed packages The whole three-dimensional model of the package sorting device is established in the PROE,and the simulation analysis of the package sorting device is carried out under different configuration states.The motion curve of the package sorting mechanism in an action period can be obtained by importing the analyzed data into the MATLAB.According to the principle of conservation of momentum,two members collide at different speeds,which will cause a sudden change of velocity and produce a rigid impact.According to the analysis of the motion of the pendulum CD using the general motion law of the original moving parts,it can be seen that the instantaneous velocity of the swing rod and the acceleration of the first curve have a lifetime mutation.By analyzing the method of stable switching between the structure states,the motion law of the original moving parts is optimized,the instantaneous angular velocity of the mechanism state transformation of the original moving parts is zero,and the angular velocity and angular acceleration curves of the CD of the connecting rod have no abrupt change continuously,which eliminates the rigid one strike and improves the performance the overall stability of the package sorting machine structure. |
