The task of secondary vocational schools is to provide a large number of skilled talents for the society in a timely manner.It is an important symbol of the success of vocational education in China whether we can effectively train a large number of qualified graduates who are competent for the positions urgently needed by enterprises through the mechanism of collaborative education between production and education.In this process,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore how enterprises play an important role in vocational education and improve the quality of personnel training in vocational colleges.In this study,the demand for industrial positions is closely linked,and the educational resources of enterprises are integrated and shared to improve and innovate the teaching model of vocational education,so as to comprehensively improve the quality of education and improve the efficiency of talent training.Taking architectural decoration major of a technician college in Zhejiang as an example,combined with on-the-job investigation of vocational school graduates,to understand the current situation and shortage of talent training in secondary vocational schools.Drawing on Germany’s "dual system" and other advanced educational concepts and experiences,it has gradually formed a model of integrating production and education with each other and branch training.With the continuous development and improvement of the teaching curriculum system,we make full use of a large number of enterprise training bases established by the cooperation between schools and enterprises to further explore teaching resources,forming a spiral progressive teaching system from learning to simulation and then to real post practice.Based on the theoretical and practical research of the production-education collaborative education mechanism in vocational education,this study summarizes and extracts the optimization strategy of the implementation path of production-education collaborative talent training.Due to the adjustment of "post" and the introduction of enterprises to school,through the step-by-step production-education collaborative mode in different stages,it gives play to the role of enterprises in vocational education and innovates the construction of assessment and evaluation system.Through the educational practice in recent years,With the support of the college and many enterprises in this industry,this model has covered the architectural decoration major of the Department of Architectural Art of the college,improving the talent training mechanism.The learning situation created by a good "education mechanism" runs through the whole process of education and teaching.It can stimulate students’ learning initiative,improve students’ skill level and professional quality,seamlessly connect talent training with enterprise needs,and realize the two-way consideration of enterprise market benefits and students’ practical learning requirements.It is an important means to improve the quality of education. |
