In recent years,with the implementation of our country’s intelligent manufacturing 2025 policy,the domestic mold industry has developed rapidly,and the market competition has become more and more fierce.Mold processing and manufacturing enterprises have a strong need to digitalize and intelligently transform the production cycle of molds and improve the machining accuracy of molds.to gain market competitiveness.In view of the current digital and intelligent transformation needs of mold processing and manufacturing enterprises,this thesis takes the data collection and tool management system in the mold processing workshop MES as the research object.Production efficiency and processing quality.The main research contents include:First,through the analysis of the demand for digital transformation of mold processing enterprises,the manufacturing execution system(MES)architecture of the mold processing workshop is established,including: equipment layer,communication layer and system application layer;combined with the production process of mold processing and manufacturing,design Develop the functional modules of MES;study Web Service technology and apply it to system integration development,propose a MDF(MES Data Format)file for data transmission,and standardize the MES development process.Secondly,according to the diversity of manufacturing equipment in the mold processing workshop,a multi-source heterogeneous equipment data collection system is designed and developed.By studying various common standard communication protocols and non-standard communication protocols,establishing a communication protocol library to realize multi-type device communication,summarizing and analyzing the data that different devices need to focus on,and establishing data point tables for different devices to realize different types of devices.It converts all the collected device data in a unified format,stores and transmits them in a unified way,and realizes the data collection and storage of multi-source heterogeneous devices.Third,design and develop a digital management system for the entire life cycle of mold processing tools.By analyzing the mold processing and manufacturing process and the enterprise’s demand for tool management,the designed and developed tool management system includes four functional modules: basic data management,inventory management,tool selection and tool monitoring;through system testing,the four functional modules achieve the design requirements,and realize the digital management of the tool life cycle.Finally,by designing a simulation test experiment,the overall function of the MES system in the mold processing workshop and the data communication between each module are verified;the function of the digital management system for the entire life cycle of the mold processing tool is verified.The functions of the multi-source heterogeneous equipment data collection system and tool management system are verified through on-site actual test experiments.The experimental results show that each system meets the design requirements,which can effectively improve the digitalization degree of the enterprise and improve the production efficiency of the workshop.
