| With the growth of building area and the increase of building energy demand,the operation and maintenance management of chiller air-conditioning is becoming more and more important,and the improvement of its monitoring and management system becomes especially critical.By analyzing the demand for the actual application of air-conditioning systems,this paper makes comprehensive use of technologies such as the IOT,data security and Web to realize an integrated management system.Comprehensive real-time management of the system is realized through equipment monitoring to achieve the purpose of improving management efficiency.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)To address the problems of data integrated and shared due to the massive data and multi-source heterogeneous characteristics of the chiller air-conditioning management system,a multi-source heterogeneous data integration and management scheme based on the RTDB,a real-time database,is proposed.Considering the problem that there are many devices in the system and the protocols are not uniform,firstly,multi-threading technology is used to realize the periodic collecting of real-time data of devices by multiple collecting clients.Secondly,the data pre-processing module is designed by analyzing the reasons and types of abnormalities of the collected data,using data de-redundancy,data denoising and data filling to ensure the integrity and reliability of the data.Then a multi-protocol unified data model is proposed for the multi-source heterogeneity of the system data,which converts the data into a prescribed data format and transfers it to the database server for centralized storage.It also uses multiple concurrent transmission technology,caching technology and double indexing to achieve efficient storage of real-time data in the system,and ensures the security and reliability of system services through distributed hybrid data storage and server disaster recovery redundancy design.Finally,a unified data access service interface is designed to realize the interaction of system data.(2)Through the study of real-time control of circulating water supply and return water temperature of chiller air-conditioners,a circulating water temperature control strategy based on fuzzy PID control algorithm is proposed to realize real-time regulation of circulating water temperature.Firstly,the monitoring value of circulating water supply and return water temperature difference collected by sensors periodically is compared with the set value,and the temperature difference deviation and deviation change rate are calculated.Then the PID parameter correction value is output through the fuzzy control rule operation for parameter adjustment.Finally,the frequency of the inverter is adjusted by the PID controller output control parameter value to control the pump motor speed to change the circulating water flow rate,and then adjust the circulating water supply and return water temperature difference to maintain the set value to meet the user’s application requirements for the system.(3)Analyze the shortcomings of the data security mechanism of the chiller air-conditioning management system and propose an improved AES+RSA hybrid encryption scheme.By analyzing the principle of AES algorithm,the AES algorithm is improved by combining two ways of streamlining the number of encryption rounds and the simplest column mixed transformation matrix,which improves the computing efficiency of the algorithm.At the same time,RSA algorithm is introduced to improve the key generation and modulo power operation of RSA algorithm by using Miller-Rabin large prime number determination algorithm and binary modulo power method,which effectively improves the key generation speed and encryption and decryption efficiency of the algorithm.Finally,combining these two algorithms,the RSA algorithm is used to encrypt and manage the AES key,and the AES algorithm encrypts the transmission data,thus enhancing the security of the system data.The experimental results show that the proposed improved AES+RSA hybrid encryption scheme can guarantee the system encryption security and the encryption and decryption efficiency of the system’s data is better than the traditional AES+RSA hybrid encryption algorithm.According to the design scheme,an integrated chiller air-conditioning management system is implemented in this paper.The hardware and software environment is deployed according to the actual application requirements of the system,and the system performance test and core function operation interface demonstration are conducted,which show that the system realizes the real-time online management of the system stably and effectively,and meets the system real-time and security reliability requirements. |
