with the rapid development of the national economy,people’s demand for medical care has continued to increase,which promotes the more and more extensive application of high-frequency high-voltage DC power supplies in the medical field.But now widely used high-voltage DC power supply usually has the disadvantages of large volume,large loss and low safety.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a highfrequency high-voltage DC power supply with small volume,high efficiency,safety and stability,and strong anti-electromagnetic interference ability.In this thesis,the research and design of the high-frequency and high-voltage DC power supply required in the field of plasma-based skin treatment is carried out.Firstly,the research progress of high-voltage power supply at home and abroad and plasma at present are briefly reviewed,and the research status of plasma technology and the principle of skin treatment are expounded.The resonance equations of LC series resonance and parallel resonance are introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of the two are compared.Then the working mode of the parallel resonant converter is mainly discussed,and the equation of waveform mathematical expression is introduced.Secondly,according to the overall technical requirements of the power supply system,research and design the hardware circuit and software circuit of the power supply.In order to eliminate high-frequency noise interference,an LC filter circuit is designed at the front end of the circuit.The model of the double voltage circuit is introduced.According to the principle of the Walton voltage doubler rectifier circuit,the voltage doubler rectifier circuit is improved and optimized,and the simulation circuit is built in MATLAB/Simulink to verify the feasibility of the improved circuit.Overvoltage and overcurrent protection circuits and closed-loop control systems are designed.A set of host computer system is adapted for the power supply to monitor the high-voltage power supply remotely.Finally,according to the device selection of the main components,a set of adjustable power supply prototype with high voltage output of 15 k V was successfully built and the field test was completed.Which realizes the measurement of accuracy,stability,ripple and other data of high-voltage power supply under long-term aging.In addition,the intelligent monitoring operation of power supply integration is realized through the upper computer control interface of the PC,which verifies the practicability and safety of the high-voltage DC power supply system.
