| In order to meet the needs of the Marine market for diesel engine and apply the enterprise diesel engine products to a wider field,this research is based on the CM6D28 series of automotive diesel engines,the development and research of CM6D28 C Marine diesel engine cooling system.Marine diesel engine has special working environment,poor ventilation and abundant water resources,so water cooling is often used to replace the air cooling of traditional vehicle diesel engine in the design of Marine diesel engine cooling system,and the heat exchanger,intercooler,water pump and other parts of the cooling system are installed on the diesel engine.There is a big difference between Marine diesel engine cooling system and traditional vehicle diesel engine cooling system,so the development and design of cooling system is very important in the design of Marine diesel engine.Based on the development goal of CM6D28 C Marine diesel engine and the design method of Marine diesel engine cooling system,this study completed the selection design,matching research and test verification of CM6D28 C Marine highspeed diesel engine cooling system.The specific work is as follows:(1)According to the characteristics and design requirements of Marine diesel engine,the cooling system layout is completed.According to the performance data and thermodynamic formula of CM6D28 C Marine diesel engine,the heat dissipation and coolant flow demand of Marine diesel engine are calculated.Complete the selection and design of cooling water pump,heat exchanger,intercooler,thermostat and other key components of the cooling system.(2)According to the CM6D28 C Marine diesel engine cooling system schematic diagram and the selection results of the cooling system components,a FLOWMASTER simulation calculation model of the cooling system was established.When building the simulation calculation model of the cooling system,according to the characteristics of the Marine diesel engine cooling system designed in this paper,select the appropriate unit model to simulate the diesel engine water jacket,heat exchanger,water pump,thermostat and other parts of the cooling system.The flow field characteristics of the designed cooling system are analyzed by FLOWMASTER software,and the analysis results show that the flow rate,velocity and pressure loss of each cooling unit in the designed cooling system meet the design requirements.(3)Complete the matching design between the designed cooling system and the CM6D28 C Marine diesel engine,determine the installation position of each component of the cooling system on the engine,and prepare the CM6D28 C Marine diesel engine test prototype.The cooling performance of the designed cooling system and its influence on diesel engine are verified by bench test.The thermal balance test of the whole engine verifies that the cooling performance of the cooling system,the pressure loss of the cooling system and the coolant flow of the main channel of the cooling system can meet the design requirements of the engine.By analyzing the thermal balance test data,we can know the heat loss and engine thermal efficiency of CM6D28 C Marine diesel engine under various working conditions.The transient vibration test results of the whole machine and the cooling system components meet the design requirements.The CM6D28 C Marine diesel engine matching the designed cooling system has passed the durability test of 2000 hours.In the process of developing CM6D20 C Marine diesel engine cooling system,the method of combining theoretical calculation with bench test is adopted.This research method can provide reference for the development of the same type of Marine diesel engine cooling system. |
