Abstract/Summary:
The topic of this paper comes from the relevant components of the Hunan Provincial Social Science Foundation Project "Research on the sustainable development of the symbolic value of regional architectural heritage in Hunan".The main research content of this paper is to analyze the representative modern architecture in Changsha by using the relevant theories of semiotics.Under the background of the variation and integration of modern local culture and foreign culture,this paper studies the signifier and signified relationship,the relationship between grammar and semantics,and the context of Changsha architectural symbols in different historical periods.Then it summarizes the symbolic types and combination logic of Changsha architecture under the tide of modern and contemporary changes.The history of modern Chinese architecture is the history of the collision and exchange of "symbols" between eastern and Western architectural cultures,which has contradictions and complexity.Therefore,it is of great help to study the history and culture of modern architecture in Changsha with the help of relevant concepts and research methods of semiotics.From the perspective of modern cultural relics protection units,this paper attempts to carry out the research from the perspective of Changsha.The article mainly includes two parts:The first part is the basic information,introducing the origin of the research and reletive status,then we begin with the general and current situation of modern architecture in Changsha.And as a research method,the relevant theories,works and principles of semiotics to be used;The first chapter mainly introduces the origin of the essay,the research background,the summary of existing research results,the selection of research objects,the definition of related concepts,research methods and the significance of the research;The second chapter: collect literature and field research on the local modern architecture in Changsha selected as the research object,record the research results in the form of photos,tables and drawings,and sort them out according to the architectural style and characteristics,so as to provide the following analysis on the formal level by using the relevant principles of semiotics;The third chapter mainly introduces the research review of semiotics and related fields of architectural semiotics,representative schools,figures and viewpoints.The second part is the main part of the discussion,which is discussed from three aspects: grammar,semantics and pragmatics.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the classification of symbols of representative modern architecture in Changsha and the relationship between symbols;The fifth chapter mainly studies the meaning of modern architecture in Changsha,extracts the symbols of modern architecture in Changsha according to "sememe",and uses symbol ternary theory to classify and analyze the meaning system of architectural symbols,so as to further understand the meaning behind modern architecture in Changsha.The sixth chapter discusses the origin,evolution and related influencing factors of modern architectural symbols in Changsha,combined with the "context" of the relevant historical background.The ultimate purpose of this paper is to refine the symbols of Changsha Modern Architectural Heritage and establish a relatively perfect symbol picture.
