With the development of modern society and the improvement of global electrification,the construction of smart grid has become more and more mature and has rapidly entered the era of power Internet of Things.It is increasingly difficult for traditional smart energy meters to meet the needs of the perception layer of the power Internet of things for its function perception.In order to meet the construction needs of the power Internet of Things perception layer,State Grid Corporation of China is carrying out research on a new generation of new smart energy meters based on the IR46 standard,and develops a new dual-core smart IoT energy meter with state-aware functions.The constant magnetic field interference will cause the smart energy meter to fail to accurately collect electricity consumption information and affect the accurate measurement of electric energy.There are a large number of abnormal terminal temperatures in smart energy meters,which lead to meter burning or even fire accidents.This paper aims to design a new generation of smart IoT energy meters with constant magnetic field monitoring and terminal temperature warning functions.Firstly,the background and significance of developing a new smart IoT energy meter with magnetic field monitoring and temperature warning functions based on the IR46 standard are described.Introduce the development direction of smart energy meter in the era of power Internet of things.The influence of constant magnetic field on smart energy meters is analyzed and the existing temperature monitoring technologies of smart energy meters are summarized.Aiming at the accurate metering problem of electric energy metering in a constant magnetic field environment,the influence of constant magnetic field environment on measurement error of single-phase smart electric energy meter is analyzed.The correction method of ratio difference and angle difference of voltage and current sampling signals is studied,and the error correction formula of electric energy measurement under constant magnetic field disturbance is deduced.Then,based on the measurement error values of a large number of different magnetic field strengths,current magnitudes and power factors,a fitting model of the ratio difference τ and angular differenceΔφ of different loads under constant magnetic field interference is constructed.A correction method for the measurement error of smart energy meters based on ZDDPSO optimization in a constant magnetic field environment is proposed.In view of the problem that the smart electric energy meter burns the meter or even causes a fire due to the failure of the wiring terminal,the installation and detection design of the terminal temperature sensor and the construction of the terminal temperature warning model are given.In order to build the terminal temperature warning model,firstly,the improved method of cubic spline fitting is used to simplify the kernel function of radial basis neural network,after that,the three parameters of the radial basis neural network are optimized respectively by K-Means++,RLS and improved PSO methods:center position,connection weight and width coefficient,a method for estimating normal temperature of terminals based on improved RBF neural network is established,the temperature early warning model of smart energy meter terminals is constructed to improve the accuracy of smart energy meter terminal temperature detection and early warning.A new type of smart IoT energy meter with constant magnetic field monitoring and temperature warning functions based on IR46 standard design,the circuit design of the metering unit with the RN2025B64 chip as the core,the management unit with the SCM402FB chip as the core and the flyback power supply unit is elaborated.The software design ideas and processes of the intelligent IoT electric energy meter are given.Finally,the accuracy and validity of the method and design proposed in this paper are verified by the test results of the measurement error and the terminal temperature early warning test under the constant magnetic field interference.
