With the continuous updating and iteration of various products around the world.One-way bearing as a key part of the transmission system,the domestic requirements for one-way bearings are becoming more stringent.And the demand of one-way bearings for high-performance and high-quality is increasing.Based on this research background,this paper takes the new special-shaped block unidirectional bearing as the research object.The structure of cage positioning slot is designed.Through theoretical analysis,simulation calculation and test,The temperature rise and service life of the new one-way bearing under overrunning state are discussed.The specific research contents are as follows:This paper design a new type of one-way bearing comprising cage positioning slot.The rationality of special-shaped block’s wedge angle design is discussed.Considering the influence of interference fit and temperature rise,the clearance fit between special-shaped block and inner-and-outer rings is designed.The geometric model of cage improved special-shaped block one-way bearing is constructed by UG.The mechanical model of the new one-way bearing is constructed.Considering a variety of heat conduction modes,the heat generation and heat dissipation of unidirectional bearing in the transcendental state are analyzed.The heat generation and heat dissipation of unidirectional bearing under transcendent state are analyzed,which introducing the methods of fluid swept flat plate heat transfer and forced convection heat transfer in pipe groove.The modified linear cumulative damage theory under multistage loads is derived.The finite element model of cage modified profiled block type unidirectional bearing is established.And the temperature field simulation results of unidirectional bearings under four transcendental states are obtained.The temperature rise of the outer surface,which is the outer ring of one-way bearing,is measured by using the high speed bearing simulation machine of electric vehicle.The error between simulation and test is small.Several optimization indexes are determined.Considering the influence of multiple factors such as high temperature,large torque and radial load,the stress distribution of a new type of special-shaped block unidirectional bearing is analyzed.And the service life of the main bearing parts is obtained.The wear and service life of the parts are tested by bearing simulation testing machine.The conclusion that the new one-way bearing has a high service life is drawn.In order to improve the stability of domestic bearing products and improve the temperature rise of bearing during operation,a new type of one-way bearing is designed in this paper.This structure has prominent advantages and helps to further promote the development of bearing industry.
