Biomass briquetting technology refers to the processing method and process of agricultural wastes such as crop straw,tree trunk sawdust,leaves and so on,which are extruded into various briquetting fuels such as rod,granular and block.This technology is green and environmentally friendly,and reduces the cost of biomass transportation.In biomass molding technology,molding quality and molding hole life are two key requirements in the process of industrialization,and molding temperature has an impact on molding quality and molding hole life.Therefore,in this paper,taking molding temperature as the main line,the temperature field changes of the mold and biomass in the molding process and the fatigue life of the mold hole were studied.The specific research methods and contents are as follows:Firstly,the mechanical analysis of biomass molding process is carried out,and the relationship between the positive pressure,circumferential pressure and inner wall friction of molding die hole is deduced.The stress distribution of inner wall of molding die hole is obtained by mechanical simulation with ANSYS Workbench.Secondly,according to the calculated inner wall stress of die hole and considering the influence of sliding friction,the thermal mechanical coupling calculation is carried out by using APDL module,and the results are obtained,through the analysis of the unsteady temperature field,the key point of the transition from the unsteady temperature to the steady temperature is obtained,the equivalent friction heat generation condition of the internal heat source is created,and the steady heat transfer numerical analysis is carried out;Then,changing the external environment temperature,three groups of biomass under normal temperature,summer and winter are simulated respectively Finally,with the help of fatigue module,the material library of fatigue life analysis is established to study the fatigue life of different materials in the steady temperature field.In this paper,the influence factors and variation rules of molding temperature in biomass molding were studied.The stress field distribution,temperature rise characteristics of unsteady temperature field,steady temperature field distribution characteristics and fatigue life of molding die holes of different materials were obtained.The research results can provide theoretical basis and reference for the design,development and optimization of biomass molding equipment.
