At present,industrial manufacturing is an important support of the national economy.As a tool,simulation software plays an important role in assisting design,perfecting design and even guiding design in industrial manufacturing.As the saying goes,"The mechanic,who wishes to do his work well,must first sharpen his tools." At present,there are many secondary development achievements of simulation software at home and abroad.The degree of application and development of simulation software is of great significance to industrial manufacturing.Based on the parameterization of the dynamic simulation process and aiming at building the simulation software platform,the innovation and main work of this thesis are as follows:(1)The parameter matching UI interface with power performance and braking performance as output results of three vehicle models is developed.Firstly,the matching calculation process between vehicle structure parameters and performance parameters is introduced,and the parameter calculation formulas of three working conditions under different vehicle models are attached in detail;Then,the preliminary user interface is drawn based on the professional GUI design platform Py Qt;Finally,the matching function of the interface is realized based on Python language and calculation formula programming.(2)A parameterization method of dynamics software Trucksim is proposed,and the corresponding human-computer interaction interface is developed.Firstly,the specific steps of simulation analysis in Trucksim software are described,that is,defining vehicle parameter variables,test parameter variables and environmental parameter variables,and then to operation analysis and post-test processing;Then,the data management mode and COM interface language of Trucksim software are sorted out,and the parameterization method is determined based on this;Finally,the data in Trucksim software is called through COM interface based on Python language programming,and then the GUI platform interface is designed based on Py Qt.(3)The platform interface of joint simulation between Trucksim and Simulink is developed.First,the method,procedure and significance of calling Simulink from Trucksim are introduced,that is,modeling in Trucksim and loading control files from Simulink to realize dynamic adjustment of simulation process.Then,the simulation steps of joint simulation are realized through COM interface based on Python language programming;Finally,the GUI platform interface is designed based on Py Qt.(4)Integrate all the above developed user interfaces to form a vehicle dynamics simulation software platform.Firstly,a platform construction method that can manage multiple types,functions and quantities of simulation software is proposed,and then the above three interfaces are integrated on the platform.Finally,the operation methods of each interface are introduced respectively to complete the construction of the simulation software platform.The software platform greatly reduces the operation threshold of professional software,greatly reduces the calculation time,shortens the product development cycle and saves the R & D cost.
