Railway transportation is an essential part of the transportation system and occupies an significant place in the national economic and social development.With the rapid development of railway traffic,rail wear problems exist in all lines.Rail wear will produce noise pollution,increase energy consumption,reduce ride comfort and may lead to train derailment.Rail wear is an important reference index to measure rail quality,which plays an important role in the later maintenance and damage prediction of railway lines.Therefore,it is very important to detect rail wear in rail transit industry.The traditional manual rail wear measurement is of great workload,low efficiency and poor stability and reliability.The design and development of a new type of portable multifunctional rail wear measurement instrument based on Android has certain social development needs and practical application value.The main work of the thesis includes the following parts:(1)The overall scheme of multi-functional rail wear measuring instrument is designed in detail.Referring to the parameter standards of rail wear testing equipment required by railway departments,the index requirements and functional requirements of the measuring instrument are put forward.Secondly,the overall structure and related principles of the measuring instrument are described,and the mechanical structure and power supply design of the measuring instrument are introduced in detail.(2)The hardware and software design of multifunctional controller of measuring instrument is introduced in detail.In terms of hardware,Altium Designer software development tool was used to complete the hardware circuit design of the multi-functional controller.In addition,using KEIL MDK software development tool to finish the design of each part of the control system software and its overall design.(3)Build the data management software platform of rail abrasion measuring instrument.Using Android Studio software development tools and Java programming language to design the functional modules of the software.And in the software program communication test experiment to ensure the feasibility of the system.(4)Build the hardware platform of rail abrasion measuring instrument,and test the indicator requirements and functional requirements of the instrument proposed previously.The error of the measuring result of the instrument is analysed,and the measuring precision is given.The portable multifunctional rail abrasion measuring instrument developed in this paper is composed of several parts: detecting mechanism and related components,multifunctional controller and data management and analysis software.The instrument adopts the non-contact laser displacement sensor as a tool to build measuring abrasion measurement platform,has realized the data processing of transformation from a PC to a mobile terminal,make different according to different rail contour shape characteristics of card feet to position measuring instrument,can be achieved for different types of rails and abrasion of the longitudinal wave grinding of high precision measurement,The measurement accuracy can reach 0.02 mm,and its high precision performance can be used to verify abnormal wear value of rail.In addition,the whole measuring instrument weight up to 5kg,has the characteristics of light and easy to carry,its function is more perfect than similar products,a higher degree of automation,can meet the current conditions of multi-type rail quality testing requirements. |
