The test of pumped storage power station plays an important role in the safe operation of the power station.Power plant test should avoid safety accidents caused by improper operation,and in the face of emergency accidents can take emergency measures in time,so it is necessary to conduct test training for power plant staff.The traditional training is limited in time,poor interaction and high training cost.The construction of pumped storage power station test simulation system based on virtual reality technology provides a new solution to the above problems.In this paper,the test simulation system of pumped storage power station is developed based on collision detection,real-time rendering and virtual reality human-computer interaction.The specific contents are:(1)A mathematical model of load rejection transition process of a power station unit was established by analyzing the models of water diversion pipe and pump turbine,etc.A timedomain simulation was carried out for different guide vane closing rules during load rejection.The results showed that the optimal guide vane delay closing rule was adopted for the power station and the optimal guide vane delay closing rule was determined.After verifying the correctness of the model,the simulation program is encapsulated as a dynamic link library file,and it is invoked during the development of the load rejection test simulation function of the unit,so that the system has the mechanism simulation ability.(2)The 3D model of pumped storage power station equipment was created with 3dsMax,and the virtual scene of the system was built with Unity3D.The MVC design model was adopted to design the interactive functions of the system,and the user interface of the system was designed by using UGUI in Unity3D.The functions of the pumped storage power station test simulation system,such as scene roaming,unit cognition,unit start-stop test simulation,unit load rejection test simulation were realized by writing scripts.The pumped storage power station test simulation system has the characteristics of strong interaction and high degree of reduction,and can realize the visual simulation of power station test.The use of the system is not limited by test conditions and test sites,and the power station staff can repeatedly carry out the power station test simulation operation and the simulation preview of the test,saving the high training cost and improving the training efficiency,which can become an important supplement to the traditional test training and provide a reference for the construction of smart hydropower.
