| In recent years,The rapid development of China’s economy and brilliant achievements in transportation have provided more favorable opportunities for the development of China’s railway locomotives and their going overseas.Our country implements the strategy of "going out",the locomotive vehicle products and key components are into foreign markets,have been domestic motorcycle manufacturers and a number of different type products exported to central Asia and surrounding areas,this paper studies the six axis broad gauge ac drive electric locomotive freight is according to the characteristics of the broad gauge railway in belarus to improve research and development,The dynamic performance of locomotive is analyzed by exploring the influence of suspension device on the curve passing performance and ride performance of locomotive.In this text,the dynamic test evaluation standards of electric locomotives in China are compared and analyzed with the safety evaluation indexes of wide-gauge locomotives,and the differences between the two evaluation standards in test methods,data analysis and evaluation results are studied.By introducing different types of locomotive track irregularity excitation at home and abroad,the track spectrum in frequency domain is converted into time series data,and the track spectrum is calculated with MATLAB software to obtain numerical simulation images.By studying the structural characteristics of wide-rail electric locomotive,the physical model and mathematical model are established,the stress analysis is carried out on the key components of the locomotive,and the data results of lateral and vertical vibration acceleration,primary and secondary suspension dynamic load and deformation meet the dynamic evaluation index of the locomotive.The detailed dynamic simulation model of the locomotive system for electric locomotive of certain typewas established,and the nonlinear critical speed simulation was carried out.The critical speed of the locomotive running on the straight track with AAR5 track spectrum excitation was obtained,which met the dynamic evaluation standard of Belarus locomotive.According to the structural characteristics of each component of the locomotive,the curve circuit is set up to explore the influence of different operating conditions on the curve passing performance of the locomotive.The results show that the running speed of the locomotive under ultra high condition should be reduced properly.The safety index can be reduced by properly increasing the speed under ultra high working condition.The length of overheight curve and relaxation curve has great influence on all the indexes.With the increase of curve radius,the stationarity index decreases obviously.The speed increases in direct proportion to the stationarity index.Finally,starting with the analysis of the main role of the locomotive suspension system and the numerical change of the suspension stiffness in the actual use,the influence of the parameters of the suspension stiffness in vertical,longitudinal and transverse directions on the dynamic characteristics of the locomotive running at the speed of 60-140 km/h on the 600-1600 m curve track was studied.Compared with the suspension stiffness previously set,the values of each parameter are selected within the allowed range,and the locomotive keeps good dynamic performance. |
