| With the continuous development of China’s high-speed railway,people’s requirements for railway are constantly improving,especially in recent years,China’s locomotive export has ushered in a peak.Among them,Belarus and Ukraine widely use 1520 mm wide gauge,and the suspension parameter design and dynamic performance of its wide gauge locomotive are different from those of China’s standard gauge locomotive.In this paper,the wide gauge electric locomotive is designed based on the HXD2 C model in our country.Due to the characteristics of long wheelbase of bogie,in order to improve the lateral stability,lateral stationarity and curvilinear trafficability,it is necessary to set a reasonable lateral free clearance of wheelset,and in order to meet the requirements of driving on the wide gauge,after widening the wheelbase,it is necessary to,It is more necessary to study the value of wheelset lateral free clearance and the matching with suspension parameters.In this paper,the multi-body dynamic model of the axle suspension wide gauge electric locomotive is established by SIMPACK,and the simulation results are given ГОСТ Based on the dynamic evaluation method,the influence of free clearance of end axle and intermediate axle Wheelsets on locomotive nonlinear lateral stability,lateral stationarity,wheel rail lateral force,anti derailment stability safety factor,horizontal dynamic load factor and wheel load reduction rate under various curve conditions are analyzed,On this basis,the influence of free clearance of intermediate shaft wheelset on the above dynamic performance under different primary lateral stiffness is studied.The larger the lateral free clearance of the end axle wheelset is,the more unfavorable it is to the lateral stability of the vehicle,but it has less influence on the lateral stationarity of the locomotive.In order to obtain better curvilinear trafficability,the lateral free clearance of end axle wheelset should be less than 1mm.In the range of 0~1mm,except for the horizontal dynamic load coefficient,the smaller the lateral free clearance of end axle wheelset,the better the curvilinear trafficability.Therefore,it is not necessary to set the lateral free clearance of end axle wheelset for wide gauge locomotive.With the increase of the lateral free clearance of the intermediate axle wheelset,the vehicle nonlinear critical speed first increases and then tends to be stable,and the lateral stationarity index first decreases and then tends to be stable.When the R1000 m and R600 m curve conditions of wide gauge locomotive are running at a high speed,when the free clearance of the intermediate axle wheelset is greater than8 mm,it is more conducive to its curve trafficability.When the lateral stiffness of the primary train is small,the lateral free clearance of the intermediate axle wheelset has little effect on the nonlinear critical speed of the locomotive;When the lateral stiffness of the primary system is large,with the increase of the lateral free clearance of the intermediate axle wheelset,the nonlinear critical speed of the locomotive first increases and then decreases.With the increase of the lateral free clearance of the intermediate axle wheelset,the ride comfort index of the three primary lateral stiffness systems first decreases and then tends to be stable.However,the smaller the primary lateral stiffness is,the more sensitive the ride comfort index is to the lateral free clearance of the intermediate axle wheelset.Under the R1000 m curve condition,when the lateral stiffness of the primary system is 1.1MN/m,the lateral free clearance of the intermediate axle wheelset has no obvious effect on the curve trafficability of the locomotive.When the lateral stiffness of the primary system is 3.3MN/m and 5.5MN/m,the increase of the clearance value will be beneficial to the curve Trafficability.Under r600 m curve condition,when the stiffness value is 1.1mn/m and 3.3MN/m,the clearance value has little effect on the curve trafficability.Under the stiffness value of 5.5MN/m,the increase of the clearance value will be conducive to the curve trafficability.Under the condition of R170 m small radius S-curve,the lateral free clearance of intermediate axle wheelset will not affect the curve trafficability of locomotive under three kinds of stiffness. |
