| In my country,power companies belong to the basic energy industry,and their impact on economic development is indispensable.However,in the power trading market,some power companies are prone to risks such as lengthening the electricity bill recovery cycle due to business pressure and changes in the external environment.In addition,the credit evaluation system of my country’s power industry is not perfect,and there are still many deficiencies in the normative standards,which make power supply companies face credit risks that cannot be avoided in time,and seriously hinder the normal operation of the power market.Therefore,studying the problems existing in the power and energy trading work,improving the credit evaluation level of power supply enterprises,strengthening credit risk management,and reducing the operating risks of power supply enterprises are the urgent problems that the power industry is currently facing.In this context,This paper analyzes the technical characteristics of blockchain and the shortcomings of the existing evaluation models of the power industry,and believes that the consensus,immutability and authenticity of blockchain technology can effectively solve the problem of credit evaluation of electricity enterprises,so the blockchain technology is innovatively introduced into the credit evaluation model of the power industry.First of all,this paper uses the DPOS consensus system in the blockchain to establish a distributed and decentralized credit data processing method,and the enterprise electricity consumption information data is encrypted and stored on the blockchain.Through this method,the power supply company can inquire about the basic data,credit information,historical payment records and other data of the electricity consumption enterprise.Secondly,this paper introduces the fuzzy consistency analytic hierarchy process model to determine the weight of credit evaluation indicators,realizes the credit evaluation analysis of blockchain nodes,and obtains the credit rating of electricity enterprises.Therefore,a credit evaluation method for electricity consumption enterprises is established to help power supply companies choose appropriate electricity recovery policies,refine user risk levels,optimize electricity bill recovery processes,and reduce business risks.Finally,By studying three enterprise instances,By studying three enterprise instances,this paper obtains the credit evaluation grades of the three enterprises by using the credit evaluation system constructed by the block chain DPOS consensus mechanism,and compares them with the actual situation,so as to obtain that the credit evaluation system established in this paper has strong accuracy. |
