The construction of the credit evaluation system for the power industry is an important part of the construction of social credit evaluation system in China.It is the key to improve the market mechanism and promote the healthy development of power market.In the process of promoting the reform of the electric power system,the main body of the electricity market tends to be diversified.However,due to the weak sense of honesty and compliance of market participants,imperfect trading rules,imperfect market system,and imperfect supervision methods,there are endless cases of dishonesty in the electricity market.The dishonesty in the electricity market seriously damages the efficiency and efficiency of the market operation and brings economic losses to the members of the electricity market.Therefore,we must establish a scientific and perfect power industry credit system to improve the market credit environment,reduce transaction costs and guard against economic risks,which will bring new impetus to the power market reform.As a middleman connecting the wholesale and retail electricity markets,the power selling company is an important undertaker in the process of purchasing and selling electricity.Its credit level has an important impact on the development of market-oriented transactions on the whole power selling side.It is of great practical significance to design the credit evaluation index system of power selling companies and carry out the credit evaluation work.Based on the theory of credit evaluation,this paper studies the credit evaluation system of electric power companies.Firstly,based on the particularity of credit system construction in China’s electric power industry,the concept of credit management in China’s electric power market is pointed out.At the same time,this paper analyses the credit performance of the power selling company in the commodity exchange activities in the electricity market,and constructs the credit evaluation system of the power selling company from four dimensions:basic credit,operational credit,transaction credit,and other credit.Next,an adaptive credit evaluation method based on cloud model is designed to solve the problem that evaluation grade boundaries are difficult to determine due to the lacko f credit standards of electricity retail companies.Thirdly,in order to solve the problem of lacking statistical caliber of market behavior indicators,a method of identifying potential harmful trading behavior in power market based on cloud model and fuzzy Petri net is proposed.And an example is made and analyzed,which shows the results given by the proposed method are agreement highly consistent with the results obtained by artificial analysis and the actual data.Finally,from the sale of electricity companies,power companies and other market subjects point of view,the relevant reference and suggestion for analysis and application of the credit evaluation results of the company’s sale of electricity are put forward. |
