| With the continuous advancement of my country’s energy green and low-carbon transformation process,the scale of grid connected of photovoltaic and wind power and other new energy continues to increase.The construction of a new power system with new energy as the main body has become the focus of my country’s power industry.As the main energy consuming place in modern cities,business parks have some problems such as low proportion of new energy applications and a large difference between peak and valley load.Under the background of national policy support and the rapid development of the photovoltaic industry,the pace of building photovoltaic energy storage systems in business parks has been accelerating.This study uses typical flexible loads and energy storage devices in business parks as flexible and adjustable resources to analyze the energy management and scheduling among photovoltaic systems,energy storage systems and load systems in the park.It aims to reduce the cost of electricity in the park and improve the level of renewable energy consumption.This paper sorts out the income composition of the three grid connected modes of distributed photovoltaic power generation,which are full scale grid connection,spontaneous self-use surplus power grid-connection,and full scale self-consumption.At the same time,summarizes the relevant policies of photovoltaic configuration energy storage system.The structure of the source-storage-load system in the business park is analyzed,and the photovoltaic power generation output model is established considering the factors affecting photovoltaic power generation.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different energy storage technologies and their application fields,battery energy storage system is selected to establish its charging and discharging models,and two typical flexible load models of air conditioning and electric vehicles in the business park are established.Focusing on the economic operation of the source-storage-load system in the business park,the cost and income composition of photovoltaic energy storage system are analyzed,and three financial indicators including net present value,internal rate of return and investment payback period are introduced to analyze the economic benefits of the source-storage-load system in the business park throughout the life cycle.Considering power balance constraints,energy storage charging and discharging constraints,and demand response constraints,and taking minimizing the daily operating cost of the park’s source-storage-load system as the objective function,a business park energy management optimization model considering demand response is constructed.And use genetic algorithm to solve the optimization problem.In the case analysis,three scenarios are designed,do not consider energy storage and demand response,only consider demand response,and consider both energy storage and demand response.The economic benefits and photovoltaic on-site consumption rate of the source-storage-load system in the business park under different scenarios are compared and analyzed.The results show that,compared with not considering energy storage and demand response and only considering demand response,considering energy storage and demand response at the same time can better promote photovoltaic on-site consumption and effectively reduce the economic operation cost of the business park.Meanwhile,the economy of the operation of the source-storage-load system in the business park is significantly improved. |
