With the rapid development of economy,more and more commercial parks appear,and the energy consumption in the park has been paid more and more attention.Because of the increasing coupling between energy sources,the traditional separate planning model of each system can not meet the needs of multi energy systems.In order to avoid energy waste and increase the coupling between energy,the interaction of supply and demand is established in the commercial park.The micro network with multiple energy complementary is necessary.The gradually open power market makes the micro network operators no longer passive in the energy market,but can adjust the energy purchase demand according to the price set by the higher energy market.Similarly,building users can adjust energy demand according to the energy price in the micro network.Therefore,the interests of users should be fully considered in intelligent building optimization.In this context,this paper makes a preliminary study of the related topics,and carries out research work in the following aspects:1)The mathematical model of the micro network and intelligent building of the commercial park is established.Firstly,the micro grid energy interconnection system of commercial park is established,which can transform from electricity to natural gas through power to gas(p2g)device;combined heating and power Unit(CHP)realizes the conversion of natural gas to electric energy and heat energy;CHP unit and p2 g equipment together constitute the closed-loop operation of electric gas,and then establish a micro network model of electric thermal gas hybrid park.Then,the user power supply and utilization system of intelligent building is established,including the central air conditioning system model,intelligent lighting system model and fresh air system model.2)Research on the comprehensive demand response of micro network in electric thermal gas mixed commercial park.Firstly,based on the price elasticity matrix,the demand response model of power load,heat load and gas load is constructed.The energy operators of the park micro network manage the demand response through the retail price,heat price and gas price formulated by the higher energy wholesale market.Then,the optimization operation model of the comprehensive demand response of the micro network in the commercial park is established,and the model is simplified by the piecewise linearization method,and finally the mixed integer linear programming problem is formed,and the solution is carried out by CPLEX.Finally,the model and method are illustrated in three scenarios: the micro network system of a commercial park is not involved in demand response,no p2 g equipment but participates in demand response,and p2 g equipment is involved in demand response.3)Research on the management of intelligent building user demand response,which takes into account the real-time mobile traffic.Firstly,the paper proposes the idea that the mobile traffic has an impact on the output of central air conditioning system and fresh air system in the building.A real-time mobile traffic prediction model is built in the intelligent building.Then,the user demand response management model of intelligent building is established,which takes account of the mobile traffic,and considers that the intelligent lighting system will be affected by the real-time sunlight intensity.Then,the mixed integer linear programming model is constructed with the aim of minimizing the cost of power purchase.The optimal solution is using yalmip to call CPLEX.Finally,the model is analyzed and explained by taking a waiting hall of an airport as an example.
