With the development of science and technology,automatic testing technology is increasingly widely used in aerospace,defense / military,automotive electronics,wireless communication,medical electronics and other fields,and plays an increasingly obvious role.This paper first analyzes the development process of foreign automatic test system,and introduces several current application more typical automatic test system and the next generation of automatic test system architecture,puts forward the automatic test system of generalization,fast high precision,miniaturization,network and intelligent management of test data reuse trend,and involves the key technology.On the basis of extensive investigation of various spacecraft ground test systems and automatic test technologies,this paper constructs the architecture of a general automated test platform based on Lab VIEW,classifies different project requirements,abstracts the reusable elements of the test process,and carries out modular design for them respectively.And from the perspective of automatic testing,the automated script resolution program is studied.The main research results obtained are as follows:The test case is designed for the test requirements of the recovery controller,including the analysis of the test type,the architecture of the test unit,the mining of the test parameters,and the interpretation of the high-speed data flow.The test case contains two parts: excitation output and data acquisition.The excitation output is the output signal of the analog sensitivity,and sends the action command to the recovery controller.This process forms an independent test unit(incentive output unit)through parameter modification,forming multiple test cases(incentive signal output schedule)based on relative time scheduling.Data collection is to upload the execution time of the recovery controller and the execution result data,and design the real-time interpretation logic based on the high-speed data flow to complete the automatic screening and feedback of the test results.Realize the universal function of the test platform.According to the analysis of the test parameters,the test platform is designed as two parts: hardware test equipment and host computer control software to realize the pre-loading,intelligent scheduling and automatic testing of the test platform.The upper computer control software uses MCV architecture and TCP / IP communication protocol,and realizes the resolution of test script language.Hardware test equipment with double ARM + FPGA structure design function subboard and main control board,master control board implementation and test software communication,instruction resolution,subboard scheduling and data interpretation,function subboard independent of each other,only through the main control board instructions execute the corresponding action,reduce the complexity of the test platform,realize the reuse of the test platform.In this paper,the software functions are designed by modules according to the test requirements,refined and summarized according to the common points of different test items,and the test points and common points are developed,comprehensively understand the operation process of the test objects,and develop high-precision,lightweight and functional distributed test equipment.
