As the concept of green environmental protection is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,street lamps,as an indispensable public facility in modern society,have attracted widespread attention on the issue of energy consumption.Traditional street light control methods are mostly manual control,light control or clock control,and the output power cannot be adjusted as needed,which not only wastes precious energy,but also reduces the life of LEDs.In addition,traditional street lights also lack effective positioning methods,which increases the difficulty of later maintenance.It can be seen that traditional street lights can no longer meet the development requirements of lowcarbon cities and smart cities.In response to the above problems,this paper designs a set of Internet of Things photovoltaic street lamp control system based on Free RTOS.The control system is composed of photovoltaic street lamps and street lamp management system.The control system uses Internet of Things technology to connect photovoltaic street lamps with the street lamp management system.Users can also check the operating status of photovoltaic street lamps through the street lamp management system,and can control photovoltaic street lamps.Remote control to support energy-efficient lighting.When a street lamp fails,the fault information and geographical location can be reported to the street lamp management system in time to facilitate timely maintenance.The main work done in this paper includes:(1)The hardware circuit of the photovoltaic street lamp controller is designed,including: main control circuit,charge control circuit,discharge control circuit,data acquisition circuit,motor drive circuit and 4G communication circuit.(2)Using the three-stage charging method of pre-charging,constant current and constant voltage,using the constant voltage method to realize the tracking of the maximum power point of photovoltaic cells,and at the same time designing the solar azimuth tracking function,which effectively improves the charging efficiency of lithium batteries and the utilization of solar energy.(3)For street lighting,the LED constant current drive circuit is designed to effectively prolong the service life of LEDs,and through the energy-saving control lighting strategy,the lighting time of photovoltaic street lights in continuous rainy weather is extended.(4)Transplanted the Free RTOS real-time operating system for the photovoltaic street lamp controller,and improved the task communication and control mechanism of the street lamp program;The MCU four-partition Flash architecture is designed,and the Boot Loader program is used to provide support for the OTA upgrade of the street lamp program.(5)Finally,the photovoltaic street lamp control system designed in this paper is fully tested.After testing,the photovoltaic street lamp control system basically meets the needs of green and low-carbon development and construction of modern cities.
