The rapid economic development has led to the shortage of energy and the pollution of the environment.In order to avoid the energy crisis and protect the ecological environment, we must seek a kind of renewable energy.Solar energy is a kind of endless, no pollution of the huge energy, is selfless "mother" of energy, getting more and more attention.The application of solar photovoltaic power generation is more and more extensive.When adapted for terrestrial photovoltaic power plant and residential and commercial building roof for photovoltaic power generation south house nearly exhausted, in order to open up new growth point of PV, increase the installed capacity of photovoltaic industry, this topic proposed in lamp blank area of the installation of solar panels.In this paper, the Shenyang City streetlights resources as a starting point on how to develop the construction of distributed photovoltaic technology, first research of Shenyang City power street lamp power point scale and quantity, the power load size, number and capacity of power cables, pole spacing and data, field exploration, investigation of relevant departments of the street lamp power collected has been built and in the construction of the raw data of the street lamp, design drawings, design and development of distributed streetlight photovoltaic resources lay the foundation.Secondly, taking the street as an example, carrying out the design of distributed PV system.Because the inverter is very important,so the focus of this paper is in the use of different grid connected inverter, the PV system were comprehensive economic analysis,using micro inverters and power optimizer to avoid the lamp shade, comprehensive comparison choice micro inverter.Calculated by the Shenyang City lamp blank space can be installed photovoltaic installed capacity of 960.228 MW, the day the amount of power for 349.53 million KWh, earnings for the 332.05 million yuan, one day the savings in electricity for23.62 million yuan, saving 1440 million square meters of land resources, visible research on this subject has considerable feasibility.Again, for the safety of drivers, analyzes the reflective glare problems and proposes the use of solar panels, but taking into account the reflective glare is not obvious and the condenser plate use may cause factors such as solar module hot spot effect, it is not recommended to use.And then to the STM32 microcontroller as the main control chip, on the street lampcontroller hardware structure design, and gives the flow chart of the software. In order to make the street lamp control system correct recognition, this paper through theoretical and experimental methods verify the street lamp light illumination of solar panels voltage doesn't influence.Finally, in order to solve the photovoltaic system and the electric lights due to dispersion,wide surface area to bring the management and maintenance inconvenience problem proposed a photovoltaic power generation mode of remote wireless intelligent monitoring management,using the Internet platform to realize the real-time monitoring and intelligent management of the photovoltaic system, save manpower and material resources, distributed photovoltaic power generation project provides a very good management platform.
