The rapid development of China’s urban rail transit has spawned many new technologies. One of them is the automated urban guided transit, which has been rapidly promoted and applied in recent years.Automated urban guided transit has a high degree of automation and reliability, can effectively reduce the investment of maintenance and service personnel and improve the quality of line operation, but at the same time, the application of this technology needs to increase capital investment. The investment and construction party of urban rail transit projects in the industry has not yet formed the decision-making criteria and principles for the application of this technology.Based on this, this study discusses the impact attributes and decision-making methods of the application of automated urban guided transit, and forms a multi-attribute decision-making model for the application of this technology, with a view to providing some reference and support for the follow-up similar projects.First of all, this study defines the concepts involved, summarizes the progress and current situation of relevant research at home and abroad, combs the multi-attribute decision-making theory supporting this study, and selects the attribute dominance method as the main method and guiding ideology to solve the problem based on the characteristics of the main problem of this study,Through literature research,it is determined that the impact attributes of the technology application decision are: comprehensive evaluation of life cycle cost and operation effect.Secondly,on the basis of relevant standards, this study defines the definition and division of the whole life cycle of urban rail transit engineering, systematically analyzes the cost composition of the whole life cycle of urban rail transit engineering, and refines the cost composition of the whole life cycle affected by the technology in combination with the characteristics of the fully automatic operation technology, and establishes the mathematical model of this part of cost through modeling.Thirdly, based on the RAMS management theory of urban rail transit, this study preliminary selected the influencing factors for the comprehensive evaluation of the application effect of the automated urban guided transit, further screened the influencing factors using the expert survey method based on the Delphi method, used the analytic hierarchy process to carry out the subjective weighting, and used the entropy method to objectively correct the weighting, and established the comprehensive evaluation system of the application effect of the fully automatic operation technology. Finally, this study combined with the actual case and data of a city’s urban rail transit project, verified the multi-attribute decision-making of the application of automated urban guided transit in the city by using the mathematical model of life-cycle cost and the comprehensive evaluation system of technology application effect.Through research and analysis, the following beneficial results are obtained:This thesis summarizes the multi-attribute decision-making model for the application of automated urban guided transit in urban rail transit engineering, and discusses its theoretical support. The life-cycle cost composition of automated urban guided transit is summarized, and the mathematical model is established. The evaluation factors for evaluating the application effect of automated urban guided transit are summarized, and a comprehensive evaluation system is established.Taking the first-phase construction and planning project of urban rail transit in a city as an example,it is concluded that the application of automated urban guided transit can reduce the life-cycle and improve the comprehensive evaluation obviously.
