| Under the background of the rapid development of Internet economy,the traditional entity commerce has received the unprecedented impact,and the corresponding commercial landscape is also facing the predicament of customer loss,in the business economy,the role of customer drainage is also becoming less and less.As an important part of commercial complex,commercial landscape not only attracts customer flow for commercial operation,but also plays a pivotal role in urban public space.In 2020,the Ministry of Culture and Tourism advocated the development of immersive and experiential culture and tourism consumption mode in the new era,which will inject a ray of life into the activation of the commercial landscape.At the same time,the "Meta-universe" wave of 2021 has brought the digital economy and immersive scene consumption to a climax.However,it is found that the traditional commercial landscape design in some areas of our country is lack of regional characteristics,serious homogeneity and lack of sufficient attraction to tourists.Therefore,the traditional business landscape to meet the development of the Internet era,and digital economy to create immersive consumer scene,so that traditional business to find a way to break,upgrade and transform.Based on the theory of experiential landscape,this study takes the concept of metaverse as the core and summarises the concept and characteristics of experiential landscape design,commercial plazas combined with the concept of metaverse.The feasibility and necessity of the metaverse concept in the landscape design of experiential commercial plazas is explored.At the same time,five major design principles,namely the principles of functional compounding,thematic experience,spirit of place,ecological sustainability and interactive participation,are put forward to guide the design scheme;and four major design strategies are proposed: firstly,to create a strong thematic immersive landscape and stimulate consumption with thematic activities and games;secondly,to integrate multimedia technology to create a cultural metaphorical landscape;thirdly,to combine digital intelligence to create a multi-dimensional sensory landscape and fourth,set up landscape art installations to enhance scene memory.Using this as a theoretical basis,the design approach for the "Vision" commercial plaza in Taikoo Li is to explore the application of Sichuan cultural elements.The use of high-tech equipment creates an immersive consumer experience space,bringing multi-dimensional sensory perception to the experience and creating a strong experiential landscape space for the commercial plaza.This research topic is based on the meta-universe technology,integrates the Sichuan region culture characteristic,guides the tourist and the landscape environment to have the resonance.On the practical level,it not only preserves the regional cultural elements,enhances the People’s cultural identity,but also promotes the interaction between the commercial landscape and the tourists,thus promoting the development of commercial operation and stimulating the growth of commercial economy.It breaks the homogenous design pattern of traditional commercial landscape,and combines traditional commercial landscape with digital economy to create immersive scene consumption,so that tourists can get multi-sensory landscape experience,for the contemporary landscape design opened up new ideas and new directions. |
