| Through the years,with the rapid development of China’s transportation industry,railway has become an indispensable transportation way for people.Under the policy of sustainable development and energy conservation and emission reduction,with the increasing demand for comfort of passengers and the increasing concern for air conditioning system,improving the energy efficiency ratio of air conditioning has become a research hotspot in recent years.Improving the working efficiency of motor is one of the fundamental measures to improve the energy efficiency ratio of air conditioning.In this thesis,the capacitor operated single-phase asynchronous motor in air-conditioning compressor is taken as the research object,and the high-efficiency electrical steel is used as the core material of the compressor motor,and the motor structure is optimized.The main research work is as follows.(1)Based on the magnetic circuit analysis and field circuit coupling transient analysis,the circuit equation of single-phase capacitor running asynchronous motor is derived,at the same time,in order to accurately reflect the starting characteristics of single-phase capacitor running asynchronous motor,the mechanical motion equation and the calculation formula of rotor moment of inertia are derived.In addition,the influence of silicon steel on motor performance is analyzed.(2)Based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS Maxwell,the two-dimensional field circuit coupling finite element simulation analysis of single-phase asynchronous motor is carried out.Design example,under different winding relative positions and different capacitance parameters,the magnetic field distribution,winding current,electromagnetic torque,core loss and other parameters of single-phase asynchronous motor are simulated and analyzed.Based on this,the design scheme is evaluated.(3)Based on the principle of response surface method and central composite design,the structural parameter optimization model of single-phase asynchronous motor is established by using the response surface module in Minitab,Design scheme,the distribution of main and secondary phase windings,winding diameter and operating capacitance of single-phase asynchronous motor are taken as optimization parameters to optimize the operation performance of the motor.Finally,the best scheme is selected and verified by finite element method. |
