Study On Urban Brownfield Restoration And Landscape Renewal Design Of Foshan Guanyao Cement Plant

With the transformation and upgrading of China’s urban industries,industrial land in cities is constantly adjusted,and many urban industrial land(old industrial areas)are facing the problem of secondary development.In the process of development,the brownfield and its ecological restoration and reuse caused by the waste of old factories with certain pollution have gradually attracted people’s attention.Based on the theory of ecological restoration,the reconstruction and utilization of it,fully integrating into the needs of people,to create a participatory landscape leisure place,is not only consistent with the national commitment to meet the growing needs of people for a better life,but also of great significance to the balanced development of urban ecological environment.Based on the above background,this paper will cement plant restoration and landscape of urban brown updated as the research topic,on the premise of industrial culture heritage kiln cement plant,cement plant were forgotten in the isolated at present,the function is lost from ecological environment damage,activities,building three years aging Angle,targeted to design and update the above contains elements.As for the ecological environment damage of cement plant,it is planned to plant pioneer plants and strong adaptive plants and create a plant viewing zone to promote the restoration of ecological toughness of the site on the basis of repairing the soil environment of brownfield.As for the renewal of old factory buildings,we plan to implant leisure Spaces such as exhibition halls and experience rooms on the basis of improving the structural stability by classification.In view of the lack of public activity space in the cement plant,it is planned to implant multi-functional experience facilities into the site to create a flexible outdoor elastic space to serve the residents of Guanyao community.The coordinated renewal of ecological environment,leisure activities and industrial buildings aims to provide a new idea for the transformation of such old factories,that is,to find out the method of ecological restoration of soil environment,so as to better serve the landscape construction and activity space design.This study is committed to promoting the renewal of urban brownfield landscape and the improvement of sustainable concept in China.At the same time,it is hoped that through this study,people can pay more attention to the transformation design of old factories,explore a feasible way suitable for the restoration design of domestic urban brownfield landscape,and provide reference for the ecological restoration of domestic brownfield landscape and the design of comfortable public activity space in the future.
