Pulsed Power Source(PPS)is the core component of electrothermal/electromagnetic emission technology,and the study of fault prognostic and health management(PHM)system of PPS is a necessary means to ensure the safe and stable operation of PPS.In this paper,we propose the overall design of PHM from the perspective of real-time monitoring of PPS operation status,timely fault detection,mastering PPS health status and comprehensive management of experimental data and information and other operation and maintenance needs.The overall design scheme of PHM is proposed,and the PHM system of PPS is designed and developed based on Lab VIEW platform jointly with Python and My SQL,and the main research contents are as follows.(1)Real-time monitoring and fault prognostic functions are realized.Using NI USB-5133 collector,real-time data waveform display functions are developed through Lab VIEW’s waveform chart design under the condition of meeting the acquisition requirements.The design architecture and scheme of the real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis module are elaborated,and the software programming process and implementation details are introduced.It can monitor the operation of PPS based on the real-time data waveform and compare it with the normal operation waveform to determine whether the PPS is malfunctioning and alarm.(2)The health status evaluation function is realized,and the health management model for PPS is established by introducing the fuzzy analysis hierarchy process(FAHP)method,and the PPS health status evaluation index system is also established,and the weight among the indices are obtained through calculation,and the expert scoring is combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model in order to obtain a scientific and reasonable PPS health status grade and level,and finally the effectiveness of the health management module function is verified by experiment.(3)The data management function design is completed,the demand of PPS data management is analyzed in detail,My SQL is adopted as the background storage platform for data management,and the experimental data information management and fault knowledge library are established.On the basis of completing the analysis of the functional requirements of the data management module to carry out a reasonable functional module design,and detailed its design process and software programming implementation,and finally through the experiment to verify the effective data management functions and high efficiency of storage and transmission.The PHM system of PPS designed in this paper can meet the maintenance and security needs of PPS,and the functions are more perfect,simple and friendly interface,which can effectively improve the management ability and experimental safety of PPS,and provide data support and basis for later PPS maintenance decision and optimization design.
