| Tunnel Boring Machine plays an important role in China’s infrastructure construction and urban municipal construction.In view of the failure of the timely repair rate caused by Tunnel Boring Machine failure further deterioration,engineering downtime and so on.In this paper,the Prognostics and Health Management System was developed to realize the function of monitoring,fault identification and health trend prediction of Tunnel Boring Machine.So that Tunnel Boring Machine can turn passive maintenance to active maintenance,improving their reliability and effectiveness,reducing construction costs,while ensuring the safety of construction.In this paper,the construction mechanism of Tunnel Boring Machine has been studied to determined the monitoring object of Prognostics and Health Management System of Tunnel Boring Machine.At the same time,this paper analyzed the superiority of programming software by the LabVIEW platform.The architecture of the system has been designed,the data acquisition hardware platform based on NI Compact DAQ and PLC has been built,and the data acquisition program based on LabVIEW has been written to realize the data acquisition and local storage.This paper has studied the feature extraction method of vibration signal based on EEMD and the intelligent fault recognition method based on SVM,and the health trend forecasting method based on Gray Theory,and has realized the condition monitoring and health management of the key components of Tunnel Boring Machine.And then has designed a health management center,which included monitoring object information management,status monitoring,fault diagnosis,health prediction,fault report generation and view historical data and other functional modules. |
