The design of attitude measurement system of projectile is an important detail in integrated navigation. With the development of navigation technology, measurement system is becoming more and more pint-sized, with high performance. Under this trend, the 3-D attitude measurement system is designed. This paper has a brief introduction to the current research on such system in domestic and abroad, and gives an account of some issues about the principles, coordinates and the attitude angles'basic equations of this system. After the completion of the printed circuit board of the measurement system, we finish software debugging and make up the whole system, which has higher measuring accuracy proved by indoor static test. This paper focuses on the designed system measuring attitude of the projectile, and depicts the system's design proposal, hardware and software in detail. This system is composed of magnetoresistive sensor, accelerometer and microprocessor, etc. The components measuring attitude signals are 3-axis MEMS devices, and the calculation cell of the final algorithm is a high performed floating-point DSP, which broaden the thought of the design in this domain. This paper analyzes the work approaches of all parts in detail (including sensor module, signal adjustment module, A/D module and DSP interface module), and the parameter characteristics of every device. Having the DSP's driver program in CCS, it achieves the purpose of providing course angle, pitch angle and roll angle.Meanwhile, this paper gives a analysis about the error of the magnetoresistive sensor and the interference of the magnetic field around. And compensation methods are provided to improve measuring accuracy of the system. Through the analysis about the causes of the error in course, it adopts elliptical assumption methods and gets attitude angles finally.
