| With the development of information technology,the force warehouse management technology is also developing rapidly,the traditional material management is difficult to adapt to the situation of today’s information-based combat.For the traditional equipment and material management exists such as the overall process of material in and out of the warehouse is difficult to comprehensive supervision,equipment and material can not be accurately allocated,the order of operation confusion and other drawbacks,this dissertation according to the actual needs of a unit designed a warehouse management system can be optimized operation order.The system uses B/S architecture to solve the many problems that exist in traditional paperbased material management,while establishing a complete material information management mechanism for the troops and comprehensively improving the overall flow efficiency of the troops’ equipment and devices.In this dissertation,the system is divided into system management module,basic data module,inbound and outbound management module,inventory management module,warehouse management module and operation management module according to the actual business requirements of army warehouse material management.Springboot,Spring Security and Mybatis framework are used to build the system as a whole,RBAC model is used to divide the users’ rights,version optimistic lock and Redis are used to complete the generation of relevant single numbers,Redis is used to complete the caching of data,POI technology is used to realize the data in Excel The unit also uses improved dynamic planning algorithms to solve the problem of transferring materials between battalions,DOM4 J technology to parse XML files,and heuristic algorithms to optimize warehouse operations in order to improve operational efficiency and reduce operational burden.For the dual-objective job order optimization problem,this dissertation proposes a heuristic algorithm to solve it.By reviewing related materials,this dissertation finally chooses the NSGA-II algorithm and optimizes the defects of the NSGA-II algorithm in this dissertation by fusing the MOPSO algorithm.A comprehensive comparison through experiments confirms the superior performance of the fusion algorithm over the original algorithm,and furthermore,the excellent performance of the fusion algorithm is verified in the context of this project.Finally,the fusion algorithm is applied to the optimization of the sequence of operations in this system,so as to improve the efficiency of the force staff while reducing the workload of the staff.This dissertation designs and implements a warehouse management system for a troop.In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the warehouse management of the troops,and to achieve a certain degree of intelligence in the management of materials of a certain army,the innovation of this dissertation lies in the combination of heuristic algorithms to achieve the optimization of the sequence of operations of the warehouse in order to achieve high efficiency of warehouse operations. |
