| With the implementation of the "One Belt,One Road" and "Western Development" strategies,China has increased investment in railway construction in the western region.Due to the high mountains and steep slopes and deep valleys in the western region,bridge structures have become an important choice for the western railway to cross perilous terrain.In the construction of railway bridges in the western perilous region,engineering technology,as an important management factor,faces many uncertainties,which greatly affects the realization of engineering construction goals.Therefore,it is necessary to study the technical risk management of railway bridge engineering in the perilous region of western China.This thesis defines the related concepts of engineering technology,engineering technology risk and engineering technology risk management.Based on the characteristics and technical difficulties of railway and bridge engineering in western perilous region,a "pressure-state-response"(PSR)model framework for engineering technology risk identification is constructed;Based on the PSR model,6 risk factors were identified from three aspects: external risk source,technology ontology,and response capability,and 28 technical risk evaluation indicators were further extracted;the engineering technology risk evaluation indicators were screened through membership survey and SPSS analysis software,a technical risk evaluation index system of railway bridge engineering in perilous region of western China is constructed,and a BP neural network evaluation model for railway bridge engineering technology risk is realized through Matlab software.By analyzing the key points of technical risk control of railway bridge engineering in difficult and dangerous areas in western China,put forward the concept,framework,principle and strategy of "overall management and control" of railway bridge engineering technical risk in perilous region of western China are proposed;The technical risk factors,the evaluation and prediction results and the phased effects of the implementation of the control measures of DDH bridge engineering are empirically analyzed,which verifies the applicability and reliability of the research results in this thesis,and provides a reference for the technical risk management of railway bridge engineering in western perilous region. |
